waiting on my f350 tremor to be built, supposed to be in two weeks. ( the dates changed 3 times) ordered back in Oct. anyways, currently have a 2021 nucamp tab (320s boondock) Weighs just over 2k. My gf and I love it, but we’ve already out grown it. we’ve travelled over 10k miles already, camping from NV to VT and back. 5 week epic road trip.

We saw an Intech Sol at an RV show a few weeks ago, might upgrade to that next year. that weights just over 4k.

When we first started looking and had an F150 we were interested in the Tab 400. Any reason you wouldn't "upsize" to that from the 320?

we did look at the 400 at the time we got the 320. we thought about upgrading to that, but when we saw the Sol that one made much more sense and had more options. it’s high quality too just like the nucamp. the big window up front does it for me as well.

I’m glad to see someone else’s 21G sagging the Tremor a bit. When I get the Tremor level with the WD hitch, there is too much weight on the front wheels. Almost like I need an in between on the WD hitch. I just roll with it sagging some and it pulls like a dream.

That's with an empty tank too. There's 1/4" difference between front and rear wheel wells in that photo but I'm assuming it's going to sag a lot more with a full tank. What WDH are you using? Mine is a 1500lb blue ox. I can go 3-4 links tighter on the chains but not sure it will help a whole lot.

I’m running an 1k Equilizer square bar WD hitch. With where the tanks are on the 21G, I’m not finding a whole lot of difference in full vs empty on the trailer. They are pretty even on the front trailer axle so a lot of the weight ends up there. I just run it with a little sag and call it good. Seems to ride and tow better that way.

I did a full set up in a level lot and full camper with a tape measure and found what towed best is to have the trailer level and a little sag on the truck.

Your picture had me wondering what airbags you were using to prevent the sag, but then I saw the front supports were still down…

You really need to move somewhere warmer! We have been camping in Nov, Dec, Jan and March. Our next trip is planned for April, but only because I still have to work for a living.

I know brother but not sure where, Lost my Dad last year and could have had his house in Phoenix and have friends in SC.
This time of year in WI sucks. 20s and 30s for next ten days and the frost is still in the ground. Our lake is still frozen over. YUCK.
Normally its a bit warmer. With 20s and 30s I am not getting my 5er out its too cold to prep her for camping. I would have an ice skating rink around her when I wash the roof.

I am not using bags at all, however I will get you a photo with landing gear up. There wasn't much weight other than a couple hundred pounds of stuff, and then a full tank of water for the trip home.

We had a short weekend camping trip this past weekend , we have one planed ever other weekend until the end of June so it’s going to be used a lot this year. This is a 36’ wildcat I think it’s around 13k empty if I remember right. It’s amazing how little effort it takes pulling even up a hill ( texas hills lol ) it just goes right along

Yes I can , it just takes a little getting use too. I may make a little drop for it when I have time. The one that came with it was too low so I had another from a old rack that was straight and used that but it would be better to be about 3-4” lower ideally.

I bought a hitch mount bike rack that installs on the back of my 5th wheel. Love it.
