Sorry, but all indications are that it does not have a Torsen differential. The owners manual specifying a friction additive seems to confirm.

Hedge, I think you are right about this.

I'm hoping it's not a conventional clutch type and I don't think it could be in the front. I also hope it's not an open diff with traction control.

Here's a comment from a Four Wheel Parts test of the Tremor: The front axle is a Dana Super 60 that now, for the very first time, has limited-slip differential boosting traction to the tires. That diff is a Spicer Trac-Lok specially developed for the Tremor. It’s been designed with a lower “torque to rotate” according to Dana, so it should react more quickly. It also uses carbon composite clutch plates.

If that is what it is, great. A gear system. But it also appears to have thrust plates. I don't know about the actual Ford requirement for friction modifier in the Tremor front diff.

That's a nice rig Jcamper.
Here's my modified 2002 Lance 815 that I use as a warming hut when I'm snowboarding. The Tremor is excellent for driving up and down steep grades. The power is never lacking and the tow/haul mode with exhaust brakes makes descending stress free.

I upgraded from our 2015 Jayco to a new 2021 Grand Designs Imagine travel trailer last month. On Saturday I picked up my new Tremor 7.3L gas engine to tow this travel trailer. The first camping trip of the year will be in March so I’ll get to tow with the Tremor which I‘m breaking in for the next several weeks before I tow. Any feedback on towing a travel trailer with the Tremor will be appreciated. The trailer is 6700 lbs dry and will be around 7700 lbs loaded.

I will shortly have a twin to your set up. Just purchased my Agate Black Tremor and my lance camper will be ready in April. I would love to know how you like the combination of the Truck and Camper and what truck mods you think that I will need. Mine will be a 2021 Lance 825 all season.

Let's see your rigs, talk camping and share favorite campgrounds. Here's my current setup. Its a 25 FBT Airstream. It has 900lbs tounge weight and weighs around 7300lb fully loaded. The wife and I love to camp at corps of engineers campgrounds, our favorite is Indian creek on Mark Twain lake in Monroe city, MO. Camping so far with all the new influx of campers hasn't been bad so far.

2021 F350 TREMOR with 32' Grand Design Imagine 2800BH. Had an F150 before, which pulled the Imagine, the new TREMOR doesn't even know its back there! Its such a pleasure towing now! The Imagine is 6700#s dry with 600# hitch weight. These pics are in the Lake Arrowhead, CA area... GORGEOUS VIEWS! if you can make it up that way!!

The guy at work was telling me about Lahontan Reservoir I think I’m gonna have to go up there this summer does it get pretty crowded for camp trailers ?

The campsites will probably fill up, but you can park right on the water and it will never fill up. The reservoir is nearly empty in the winter, so that is also a good time to go. No charge, nobody there.

Had to trade in my 2016 F150 for a 2020 F250 7.3 Tremor just so it would be the same year as my new Airstream. Good excuse to buy a Tremor right? It worked on my wife!
