How to get Ford's Private Cash Offer (PCO OFFER)

I got a new $2500 PCO in an email today, good until 4/4/22. Don’t think I’m in the market though, but you never know.
Do you happen to have a screenshot of it, the rules that apply with it?

In particular i’m looking for program # 30790 details if anyone received that specific program PCO for $2500.

Ford marketing surprisingly can not see the info, only the program number and customer certificate number.

I got a $2000 PCO in the mail on Monday, 1/10/22. Same day as my truck arrived at the dealer. Called and they accepted it on top of my x-pan pricing. I was surprised to get it. Have just been going on to Ford's site and building and saving vehicles a few times a week.

So, I just placed an order in December for a 2022 F-350 Lariat, and just got a PCO in the mail today for $2,500. The way the fine print reads, it sounds like the offer is good for orders or taking delivery before 4/4/2022. I'm assuming I fall in the limbo area of I don't qualify because it's not a new order, unless the truck is built, shipped to the dealer, and I take delivery before 4/4/2022. If that magically happens then I would get the offer??? 🤔

I have been building Tremors on the Ford site for months. I currently drive a 2019 Raptor and have really been wanting to go back to a big truck (my prior 3 trucks were F350s). I received a $2500 PCO today. One step closer to a new Tremor. I hate that I am going to have to wait so long to get it, but the PCO almost pays for the winch.

Check with your salesman / dealership. I received a PCO after already ordering my last truck that was going to expire before it was delivered. The salesman was able todo something that allowed me to still use it.

Can you please post a photo of the certificate, i would like to see the details and the program number. You can hide your personal offer number that must be on it somewhere.

I finally got a $3000 PCO in the mail after trying for months to get one. I’ve had my truck for 8 months now. Question is do I go to Granger, trade-in and use a PCO or keep what I have right now?

Looky what came in the mail last weekend!! I ordered my 2022 Tremor on 11-9.
Is there any reason why this wouldn't be able to be applied to my order?

Should work, assuming you meet the fine print ( and you have placed your order already - prior to the 4-4-22 deadline). Contact your dealer with the info, and they should do the work to apply it.

I got the same offer of 4/4/22 and I contacted Zach at Granger and he said I could only use it if I take delivery by 4/4/22. I ordered on 9/1/21. This shit is confusing.

I got the same thing in the mail last week except its just for 2,500 and I could only use it if I take delivery by 4/4/22

I just got the same offer and asked Zack about it a few days ago. He said you have to order before the expiration date. They just sent those out there’s no way they are delivering F250s or F350s in two months.

There seems to be a stipulation from both Granger and Chapman that you either have to have a valid offer at time of order or at time of delivery, if you get a PCO in between the two and take delivery after PCO expires, most likely you are out of luck. If you have a PCO, place an order, and it expires before delivery, you can still apply it.

So best not get a PCO in between order date and delivery and have it expire before your delivery. Calling Ford marketing, they will tell you that you can possibly extend it, but the dealers will tell you that its not as simple and often doesn't work despite what the marketing folks say.

I got a PCO in the mail shortly after ordering through Granger on 09/03. The PCO said to order or take delivery by 01/04/2022. I still don't have a VIN or build date, but I emailed granger before my PCO expired to ask about how to use and not lose the PCO. I have several emails from them in response saying that as long as I had an order placed before the expiration of the PCO I could still take advantage of it when the truck gets delivered.

Im in the same situation and I truly hope that the case. However if you read post from LT75 above and others ive seen earlier, different people are told differently by the same dealers and some had PCOs that couldnt be applied at delivery after they expired.

See that's the thing. I did order before the expiration date. I've got another IM out to him for clarification.

So what's the proper process here if you don't want to wait for a PCO (that may never come) before you start the waiting for your truck to be built?

(1) Take the plunge and order your Tremor; then
(2) Wait the undetermined time for a VIN; then
(3) Play the PCO game angle every way you can - build & save, brochure request, peruse ford.com, etc.
(4) Cross your fingers a PCO arrives before the truck finally actually arrives?

#4 for the win! I saw posts on here and searched my junk/old emails and sure enough got 2-3 last year as well. I ordered my truck on 9/22, and found one that expired on 9/30 just last week…. I used a different email to search Ford’s website and build trucks than I did for my actual order. Thinking Ford wouldn’t send me a PCO for a truck I was buying anyway. The pattern last year and now looks like one every 4 months. Some were email and this one came in the mail. I know I have received others in the mail and disguarded them when I wasn’t serious about purchasing.
