I’ve tried several times and they’ve told me they can’t do that. However, on one occasion I received a new, different PCO the next day via email. Perhaps they can’t outright tell you. A dealer has also given me their number and told me to see if they can extend one. Will Ford Customer Service extend a PCO? Some on here have mentioned it, but I haven't seen anything definitive.
I talked with my dealer yesterday and he confirmed Ford would not allow it to be used unless I took delivery by 4/4/22 because I ordered before the incentive was issued to me. So he did what any good salesman would do. He ordered me a new one exactly the same, and said if by magic the first order comes in before 4/4/22, we can apply it and it's yours. If the first order comes in after, we'll have no problem selling it, and we can just wait for the next one to come in for you because that will be good even if after 4/4/22. I don't mind waiting another couple of months to save $2,500.I got the same offer of 4/4/22 and I contacted Zach at Granger and he said I could only use it if I take delivery by 4/4/22. I ordered on 9/1/21. This shit is confusing.
This is the frustrating part for most here. Every few pages of the thread, someone comes and says that their PCO was put in mid-order. And in 100% of these cases, absolutely no direction is provided on how it was or how it can be done.If your salesman / dealership want to put in a little extra work, they can apply a PCO mid-order. I'm not sure how, but mine was able to do it.
Somewhat related, but I was able to get an expired PCO applied. This is the frustrating part for most here. Every few pages of the thread, someone comes and says that their PCO was put in mid-order. And in 100% of these cases, absolutely no direction is provided on how it was or how it can be done.
Then based on this incomplete information, we call our own dealers and are told that there is simply no way to apply PCO mid order, and they would happily do it if there was a way. They do suggest that our forums are full of half ass crap information that is not backed up by facts.
It would be nice if you could do everyone here a favor and ask you dealer how it was done so that others can actually benefit and not just get frustrated by bits of information they cant really use.
I have been lurking since placing my F150 Tremor order mid November and I was able to get my dealer to lock in $2000 PCO because I got the vin. My PCO expired 1/4/22 and I have not gotten my truck yet so I can't fully verify they actually locked it in yet but will know hopefully by the end of February when it is estimated to be delivered. This is the frustrating part for most here. How?? Lol been trolling for months!I don’t know what she’s done or who she’s scared, but some how my wife had managed to receive two separate PCOs in the last week and a half, one for 2,500 and one for 3,000, each with separate codes. Hours of trolling and hacking when all I had to do is mention it in passing to her…
As long as you had the PCO when you placed the order you should be good…where a lot of dealers don’t honor is when you receive one after you place the order but it expires before you take deliveryQuestion I have a PCO for 3k like everyone has mentioned but the fine print says
Place order or take new retail delivery from an authorized Ford or Lincoln Dealer's stock by 4/4/22.
Ordered 1st of Feb. i want to believe this will be honored even if not delivered since I placed order prior to 4/4. What is everyone’s take? Salesman says it’s was locked in when I ordered but feel I should go in next week and get more info or can I get them to associate this with my order now and lock in?
That’s interesting. I received my PCO after ordering and will expire before taking delivery. Dealership said it would be a coin toss as to whether it would be honored. I called Ford central customer service because I don’t want to just flip a coin… they told me it would be impossible to honor my PCO.I have been lurking since placing my F150 Tremor order mid November and I was able to get my dealer to lock in $2000 PCO because I got the vin. I found the following in another thread on here when I was trying to get my dealer to lock it in just in case they said they can't do it. It is post #41 in following thread.

Dealer won’t apply Private Cash Offer

I was able to sit down with both my salesperson and the GSM at the same time to try and work out the mystery of my $2,500 PCO that "expires" today. Our first call was to FMC Customer Service (800 334-4375). They were able to verify that I did in fact have a valid PCO but when the dealership started asking questions, they said were only a customer facing dept and could not talk to the dealer. The GSM was told by FMC Customer Service to contact the Dealer Assistance Center. We then called the Dealer Assistance Center and explained the situation and they verified who I was and that I did indeed have a valid PCO. The Dealer Assistance Center confirmed that until a VIN is issued for my order the dealer could not lock the PCO into Vincent. The Dealer Assistance Center instructed the GSM to enter a VIN from a similar truck into Vincent to verify eligibility and to print out the info from Vincent and save it along with proof of the order date until the truck gets delivered. Once the truck gets delivered the dealership needs to submit for an exception and include the order date and eligibility verification.
The GSM said that he was comfortable with this process and is going to honor the PCO. It was a PITA to get the GSM in the room with the salesman and myself, but I am happy with the outcome. All the calls were on speakerphone, so all parties were able to participate fully.
If anyone is needing a vehicle, I highly recommend Josh Stamper @ North Central Ford in Richardson, TX - I have purchased several cars from him and he is a stand-up guy and ex-LEO to boot"
I did not have to use this method but hopefully it can help some of y'all.
My PCO showed up before I ordered so that might be the difference. That’s interesting. I received my PCO after ordering and will expire before taking delivery. At this point I might order another truck to take advantage of the $3k on top of an already great deal. The new truck could likely end up being a ‘23, and I’ll sell whichever one I like least.
I received a $3,000 rebate but my dealer said it was because I typically buy a new truck every 2-3 years. Not sure if this is true or dealer just made it up.From my understanding Ford's Private Cash Offer comes from a third party company and not directly from Ford. It can range from $750 to a maximum of $3000. I don't believe there is a sure fire way to get these offers, however after researching this subject for the past few days here are some ideas that might help you get it.
1. Call Ford's marketing department and request information and/or a brochure. The number is 1-800-334-4375. While you can't directly request one, by giving your name/address increases your chances of getting something in the future. One person mentioned it took 3 times calling in before a PCO was generated.
2. Browse around Ford's website and you might get the lucky "Exclusive Cash Reward" pop-up ad. If you see this, click on it and it should ask you to fill out information. Once completed you could either receive an email with the PCO or eventually something in the mail. Here are some screenshots of what to look for.

Here are a couple of "known" links that showed the pop-up.
If you have any other ideas or tips on ways to get Ford's PCO, please share it in this thread and I'll keep the first post updated.
