@Godzilla/Tremornator travel & antics

just sorted my travel kit & packing

had to give-up the 20lb propane tank & heater

i could figure out something if i really need it. I've had it with me nearly everywhere I've gone & haven't used it yet 🤷🏻‍♂️

smaller containers
easier for me to drag out & deal with.
plus some stuff way handier now that i have the starlink strapped on top of the job box.

might sort out which box goes in the deepest, but i think I'm set.

tent hack

if you need to hold your tent up a little bit to tuck everything in.

use the pull-down strap wrapped around the clamps or ladder hooks

well my starlink quit linking. connected with starlink customer support AI chatbot. determined they could not reach my router. wham bam faster than i could day wait wait. a new system was shipping to me. so i came home Tuesday. it got here Wednesday.

they also said if i didn't return mine soon enough they would charge me for the new one. second reason i came on home.

new one unpacked
shipping mine back tomorrow.

also, started trying to peel off the plastic dip. sure enough 4 coats is too thin. tears before it peels up.

hoping the power sprayer will peel it up. googled it & they say WD-40 breaks it down. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

there is also a plastic dip dissolver. little leary to spray that on the paint.

it does rub off, just really slow going that way & hard on the hands.

seems to have protected the paint just going to be a pain getting it off.

we'll see?

Sounds like it's time to wash the truck and put on those 4 coats to make peeling it off easier. 🤣😂🤪

If you can find a hot water pressure washer that will get it off.
i have a 4000psi sprayer
🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

if that doesn't do it I'll let it dry, soak it with WD-40, then knock it all off.

i hope anyway🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
