FYI 2022 Updated Production Schedule

Went by the dealer I order from and they asked if I wanted to sign a Ford purchase order or something like that, saying I agreed to the pricing and it would move my order priority up. He said Ford wants to make sure that there’s and actual person placing the order right now. He submitted one last week and it has a build date now. The price I signed was for the xplan pricing so we’ll see what happens now.
I signed a piece of paper when I gave my $1000 deposit, but so far no other emails other than 'order confirmed'..
I also sent them an email asking about the $1000 "Retail Order Bonus Cash Certificate" that has been thrown around on some websites, but the dealer has not found it...

I sent my dealer an email last week about it. They said they will honor the 1k retail bonus cash certificate with my x plan.
I was shocked. But dealer is still making tons of money...so now I am at $1050 below invoice, plus my trade. Not too bad

I placed my deposit (and they scanned my license the day before) on a loaded 2022 F-350 Lariat Tremor on 6/3 and that evening I got the email from ford... "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED", nothing other than that...
Same here. My salesperson contacted me last week to update me about my order and no VIN yet. Which is I understand because of all the delays. I’m not in a hurry for my tremor. All plans are for spring and summer next year. Hopefully I’ll get my tremor before spring 2022 so my family and I can test and drive it to Glacier National park.

I emailed my dealer about the order verification and got the reply below:

"So yes it is accurate that dealers have started asking for Drivers License and signed Buyers Orders with orders; however, this doesn't apply to your order. In a nutshell, Ford introduced a program about 10 days ago, called a Retail Order Verification program, that enables dealers to verify orders with Ford. In turn, Ford is giving priority scheduling to these orders and extra allocation to dealers. The program only applied to new orders input after the announcement that wasn't already scheduled. Your order has long been scheduled and will be built before any of the orders put in under this program. Your F350 has an assigned build date of 7/23/21."

Gawd! Still nothing on my truck. ?

Order date 4/23. Priority code 19. 6.7.

Order date 3/25 - just got the email that I have a VIN. :D

Absurdly too excited for this first step.
Called Today. Last Thursday was no info available. Today, got VIN and production of 7/26. F250 6.7 Lariat. Ordered 4/7, priority code 10. “Absurdly too excited” is an understatement for me!!! ??

Did they say they have all the parts to complete the truck or are they building and holding until the chips show up?

I finally got an email yesterday from Ford with confirmation of my order. I will check tomorrow for a VIN number. Ordered mine 4/23/21 Lariat 6.7

Same day as me - I think. I emailed the dealer to confirm. So far I got notta - maybe I will in the next few days.

I received the attached from my dealer today after inquiring about the status of my truck. Hopefully it holds...... The Ford site still just shows order pending. I guess the dealer can see a bit more detail.

There's a group on the Ford-Trucks forum that's tracking Super Duty orders pretty rigorously. It looks like there were a group of trucks built between 4/12 ‐ 4/21 that got held for the chip/module shortage. More recent builds have been coming right off the line and straight to transport, with folks receiving them in normal timeframes (May builds arriving in June). The mid-April-built trucks in storage are still sitting though. These have been nicknamed the purgatory trucks.

It sounds like they aren't currently scheduling builds with shortages and it seems like that's the same for the 2022 models. My best guess it that the first 2022s will start arriving in late August or early September. The logistics of moving and storing trucks at the volume they produce them are very complicated and expensive. Ford is going to do everything they possibly can to have these ready to ship as they come off the assembly line. My build week is set for 7/26 and I'm really hoping it holds.
Can you provide the forum that is following the SD orders? Thanks

That’s great! Looks like you went to Puyallup Ford Dealer. When did you place your order?

I've been watching this post for a while and I wanted to post my order status as it makes its way through the process. I am not a narcissist consumer so I anticipate there to be delays due to all of the crap going on since COVID. I am posting for others to compare and I appreciate any posts that return the favor.
My order:
Date: 5/14/21
Status as of 6/17/21: Processing, no VIN
Truck: F250, 7.3L, Lariet, anitmatter blue
Priority: 19

Platinum 6.7 Tremor in Antimatter Blue with all the fixings except variable steering assist, ordered on 3/26 dealer finally got vin today and build date the week of 7/26. Hell Yeah!
