How is the quality? Specifically are they known to last a long time? I don't want to go through the trouble of wiring it all up only to have to take it back down in two years
Quality is superb! I haven't read or seen anything that Wolfbox won't cover due to a potential defect.

They might have an updated version in two years so you'll probably take it down anyways 😁.

So I've had an older variation of this model in my Charger for years now. Still works the same as it did when I installed it. The image quality on the G900 is light years ahead of the old version of the mirror. The camera also has a 30 month warranty, and customer service seems to be very good and quick if you message them. I don't anticipate having to change the mirror out any time soon unless they offer an upgrade option.

Here's the OEM mirror mount for those asking, it replaces the OEM mirror and slips right on the same button on the glass. If you have an auto dimming mirror you will want to pull the PCB board out and mount it to the back of the mirror and plug it back in as it controls some of the features and aspects in the truck.

I want this, but worry about it being a huge PITA to install based on those posts 🤔
It honestly is not too hard to install, it's just running wires and plugging them in.

Ah, I hadn’t noticed that it doubles as a mirror in any of the videos I’ve seen. More worried about the screen being too bright at night and having to manually adjust it back and forth. Wouldn’t bother me in the Bronco but it might in the truck.

Night view is awesome!!! This is on the Vegas strip at 9pm, you can turn it off and use it as a regular mirror. It's a little darker than a regular mirror but it does the same thing. I just leave it on all the time, the night vision is incredible.

I prefer to leave mine on the rear-view option. I haven’t found a way to visualize just the front camera in the mirror. However you can view all 3 at once. If anyone knows if front cam view only is even an option, please chime in.
You can view any of the 3 cameras isolated on the display, or view all 3 cameras at the same time. So yes, I don't know why you would want to drive with front camera on, but you can.

I have no idea if I have the auto dimmer because my truck STILL hasn't been delivered (presumably the Lariat ultimate has it). So if I do, I pull out the circuit board and glue it or tape it to the back of the Wolfbox? But also buy that 10 pin connector and connect it to the auto dimmer wire?

You will most likely have an auto dimming rear view mirror on a Lariat. I'll try to snag a photo of my solution for this and post it later. But I wrapped my PCB in cloth e tape, and mounted it to the back of the wolfbox mirror and plugged it back in. I do have the 10 pin mirror harness but I opted not to use it as it does not contain a constant hot, it only has hot with ignition. If you use this adapter you will not have the parking detection as it requires a constant hot and a switched with ignition hot.

Thanks! Looking forward to the pics

Not my preference, just can’t locate the option. Would be nice to have full front view vision while navigating off road.

Bumper cam view (3rd camera) and mirror cam (front) are both available full screen while driving and navigating off road!

Interesting, I can’t get mine to show my fromt grill camera only! When I prompt “front camera” it reveals view of dash cam built in mirror. 🤷‍♂️

I’m sure it’s user error 😑

Not really visible unless youre looking for it but here's my stock mirror guts attached to the new mirror.
