Spring assortment came and a few of them work awesome as predicted, so ready to proceed to the fuel cap design.

Great progress. Looking forward to this. Especially with diesel over 5 bucks a gallon here it'll keep those with sticky fingers out of our tanks. I also agree they should be green and blue

After some late nights writing a helper tool and testing various O-ring fits/preloads, the first fuel cap test piece is now being printed.

Luckily my designs 'should' (so far at least) work universally on '11-22 trucks, on both the DEF and fuel filler necks. I have the old '11-16 and '17-22 style DEF filler necks in house.

After some late nights writing a helper tool and testing various O-ring fits/preloads, the first fuel cap test piece is now being printed.

Luckily my designs 'should' (so far at least) work universally on '11-22 trucks, on both the DEF and fuel filler necks. I have the old '11-16 and '17-22 style DEF filler necks in house.
