Think about all the non-personal essential vehicles that rely on diesel. In my opinion and in order of priority:

1) Military
2) local agencies - fire and rescue
3) farming industry
4) trucking industry
5) small business
6) school buses
7) long haul buses
8) metro busses
9) personal use trucks

I think that's everything and everyone
I placed them in order of priority

At current prices.. it ain't easy on anybody
By the looks of it, we pay for diesel in many many ways
