Carli-SPEC 3.0" Shocks for the Leveling Height (1.5" Tremor kit, 3.5" non-tremor)

The cost, because I don’t really want to level/ lift it. I’d rather spend that money on something else. I opted for the Tremor because I didn’t want to mess with going down the suspension rabbit hole.
If you're getting shocks, then your incremental cost to the leveling kit isn't that great as the shocks make up the vast majority of the cost.. You're looking at new springs ($413), bump stops ($175), and caster shims ($83). This is essentially my current set-up, but I'm running swaybar and the cheapest shocks Carli offers (which have served me well for nearly 30k miles). The only other things I think I have are the longer break lines ($175) and the brackets for the leveling headlights (Platinum problems), but those are both relatively inexpensive items.

So, unless I'm missing something your cost to level is about $700 - $900 (if you get the brake lines) plus shocks (which you're already thinking about.

Of course that's not nothing, but just sharing perspective. Since you're looking at a $2,500 shock package, the incremental cost may be worth considering if you're wanting the benefits of the Pathfinder shocks without going too far down the suspension rabbit hole.

It’s still a hole. I’d then be tempted to go for the Carli torsion sway bar, braided brake lines all around, 36” tires (and I definitely dont want wider tires than I have now). New tires would prompt new wheels. I know me too well.
That would also prevent me from using any car wash around me except two of them that use the scouring pads.

Makes sense and I should have added my typical disclaimer that I am not a good source for financial advice or discipline and that I will certainly be an enabler for making frivolous purchases.

So, with that said...

Once you trip over the rock just before this hole, it's easy to fall face first into a fully optioned E-Venture. It's been said you can't put a price on happiness, but I respectfully disagree. As @DTX2023Tremor said.... Commmmmmmeee ooooonnnnn......

Man I couldn’t agree more. I buy all kinds of stupid things. Mostly food. My truck brings a smile to my face every time I drive it.

Like everything in life, it's the law of diminishing returns. PMF has a torsion sway bar that is basically the same design as Carli but for stock ride height. While it may not ride as well as eVenture, the total cost is going to be thousands less. In some ways it's not that different from the great gas vs. diesel debate

That rock you speak of is Toyo or Falken 36x11.5 AT tires. If they made them (or a dictator [metric] size) then I would probably jump in the rabbit hole like Greg fuckin Louganis.
