Just reviewed my order. It shows I got it for 175, but now to order it the price is 299. My order says lightning deal in the details, so I may have got lucky…

I let my PRIME subscription go, there are some things I miss about not using it anymore but it makes
me feel better knowing that I am not giving them any more of my money.

I bought this today on Amazon Prime Day

I have the Noco GB150. I bought it on Amazon for $250 and love it. I’ve used it many times (around 10) to jump an old car with a completely dead battery and the charge only went down to 3/4. It’s awesome.
You can get it ok Amazon today during the prime deals for $173!

Deal of the day for Prime Members: NOCO Boost Pro GB150 3000 Amp 12-Volt UltraSafe Lithium Jump Starter Box, Car Battery Booster Pack, Portable Power Bank Charger, and Jumper Cables For 9-Liter Gasoline and 7-Liter Diesel Engines https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015TKSSB8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_PC60BWRCDM3AEW550PK2

I also strongly recommend the following charger and case to go with it.

I was going to buy this but it said it didn’t fit my 2021 F350 so I got the 2500amp.

I think Amazon just doesn’t know. I mean, you certainly aren’t going to regret a bigger one though. :)

For what it’s worth, the Noco website says the GB150 works for gas engines up to 9.0 and diesels up to 7.0.

I agree with you. I just saw that and didn’t get the 3000 amp. I wanted to. I said how does this not fit. So it is what it is. Thanks Matt

1 year warranty kinda stinks for a product like this. Can the batteries actually be replaced DIY later?

I’ve had my gb70 for several years now without a single issue. I even have one of their battery chargers… all seem to be of great quality.

Right but can you replace the battery somehow? With my luck it will crap out at 1 year.

I have a NOCO GB150 and it works great on my truck. However, a few weeks back my wife’s battery completely died to zero volts. I could not get the NOCO to work because it could not detect that it was hooked to a battery. I never read the manual for it, so it may have the ability to override it.
@Worley If you put the NOCO into the 12v supply mode it will charge the battery enough after 15 minutes where it can be detected. I have had to do this a couple of times.

I did some research on them early last year and came up with Noco being the best bang for the buck. I got the 1000A unit that has seen tons of use. Recently bought the 2000A unit and only had to use that once so far, when I drained the battery on the 1000A unit starting my tractor on a very cold day. The 2000A unit is a good size for the 7.3L Gas engine.

I have the GBX 155 it is big, but will start anything, run a car without a battery or just plain be the battery for awhile when all else fails! I also have a GBX 55 - which I carry in my RZR. I bought both on Amazon on one of their Amazon deal days - at half the cost you see listed today. got the GBX 55 in 2020 - works great and has jumped many a RZR-SxS on the trails. I got the 155 in January after I got my 6.7L Tremor - have only used it twice - once a guy was stuck in an intersection - I jumped him with it and as soon as I took it off, his car started to die out - hooked it back up - fired right back up - he ran engine at 3,500 for a few minutes - I took it off - he got 10 feet and it died again. I put in back on - shut the hood with it hooked up and told him to drive to closest gas station - I followed him. Worked like a charm. At the gas station he found a shop who would look at it, so I followed him there and he pulled in - I popped it off and was on my way. He was grateful. When I got home I went to put it on the charger and it only took 20 minutes to be topped off again.

I no longer carry jumper cables - just these!

I have one of these that i use around my shop. Its a bit bigger and bulkier then some of the other options but its never let me down. It can start and run a car with no battery at all. It even runs the 17000lb winch on my trailer for enough time to load a vehicle.

Installed Jimmy Jammers' in all four doors Removed driver's door key lock cylinder and connector rod and plugged the old key hole. Question: once I decide on which type and location of jump start connectors "Anderson Plug, etc." has anyone figured out how much jumping power it takes to be able to unlock the truck if battery in truck is dead? I am asking because I was thinking if there was a smaller device that could be placed into the receiver tube "2 1/2" that runs under the rear bumper and secured with the receiver end caps. You could make up the ends that would attach to you anderson Plug, etc. and store that in the as well. I just havent found anything as far as a battery pack that would fit into the 2 1/2" space. Any ideas out there. I knoe you can get the connectors to fit inside but dont know how much actual power would be needed to at least open the doors.

I’m thinking of doing the same (door handle) and looking at these to possibly use to open the doors of the battery dies. They have good prices on Prime day right now

Ordered a GB40 for my son and another for my wife, and a GB50 for me (7.3 gas). I expect the GB50 will be fine for the 7.3. Even tho the GB70 would be mo-betta, jut not a fan of the perm attached cables clamped to the case.
