2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

I am(was) scheduled for 11/20 but never have been able to look it up on the Ford tracking site so who knows... I am however expecting late December or early January.

Mine went from 10/30 to 11/27.

You could try chatting with ford - https://www.ford.com/help/contact/ to see what is going on. They were super helpful for me when I had an issue as my order number was incorrect.

Dealer just moved my priority code from a 10 to a 3. Not sure if these codes are just smoke and mirrors because it seems like the truck will be built when it’s built - and we’ve already learned that luxury trims (hate using that term) won’t be built til spring. I’ll take it though.

Went from 10/23 to 11/6. I'm assuming it'll change again next week as the plant comes back online.

I’ve seen some on here with KR tremor builds get dates in Nov IIRC.

It depends on your dealer, but for me code 3 has been huge. Order to build date in two days. If not for the strike it would have been built within 4 weeks of the order. Even now I've only been delayed to the 6th for a build week. Code 3 actually made things work too fast because I needed 90 days for my Xplan to work. Luckily with this delay I'll get my discount.

You are an exception if I remember right you ordered a Platinum. I’m coming up on my 1 year anniversary. Priority 3.

My 90 day mark is December 9. With a scheduled build week of 11/13 (for now), should work out fine.

Can anyone give me an estimate on how long it will take for truck to show up at a dealer once its built ? Its also getting spray in bed liner .

Really depends on distance from Kentucky and whether it need to go by rail.

In the past I’ve seen spreadsheets that tracked this.

I would love the Platinums to start getting some love in some way. Especially as a ‘23 Platinum holdover.
Platinums are being scheduled and built. The only issue is that too many get ordered at the start of the production year and their capacity is only like 5 percent of all Super Duty’s each month. So a backlog build up that takes about 5 months to clear up. They build them based on when they were ordered and of course your dealer needs to have super duty allocations or it will never by scheduled or built.

Also at this point don’t include the high output Diesel since there’s a backlog of those too.

There were plenty of 2023 platinum Super Duty’s built this past August. Even dealer stock orders which always get lower priority compared to customer retail orders. But you will never get sheduled and built if your dealer doesn’t have allocations for your truck.
The fact that there are dealer stock order Platinums sitting on east coast lots tells me that any customer ordered 2022 Platinum that didn’t get built had to have been because the ordering dealer didn’t have allocations.

Im in central Illinois

Not a Tremor since I wanted a Supercab, but I ordered my F250 Lariat Supercab on 7/21/23.
On Sep. 07, it was scheduled to be built the week of 10/09.
On 10/08, they changed scheduled build week to 10/30. That was a few days BEFORE the Kentucky plant closed.
Haven't been able to get into Ford page for a couple weeks, but was able to get in today and it says that on 10/21 they updated my build week to 11/06.
If that was 10/21, that was 5 days BEFORE the tentative agreement was announced so don't think that is the final adjustment, but 10/30 to 11/06 would be a one week bump.

I'm not putting much weight in that date until I see the next update. It may be a couple weeks before they understand supply line and scheduling. Then I'll feel like the build week they estimate will be a bit more realistic. If there was a way, I'd prefer to slide my build week out a couple months just to let things settle and normalize (parts, assembly line work flow, emotions, etc. ). Ideally, the truck wouldn't be built and arrive at dealership until Feb because I don't need the truck until March 2024. But I guess early is better than late so will consider myself lucky.
