2023 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build dates from Ford...

Ordered a 7.3 F250 Ultimate on 2/6. First email was 5/11, 2nd email was today with build date of 5/29. Unforunately, I will most likely have to cancel since money constraints have arisen. I was hoping for another couple months to recover, but that's what happens when your company does across the board paycuts! So, if I can't work it out, there might be a truck availbe in Bend, OR in a few weeks. I'll post again if I bail so someone from here has a chance to jump on it.
You might check with a local auction or one of the online retailers and see what they'd give you for it. If the dealerships can add 10K and sell right away, you can surely take possession and sell right away for a profit. I say this because my local dealer suddenly had a Lariat for sale that wasn't on website. They told me someone ordered it and then couldn't afford it due to personal issues. Even the salesman mentioned that the buyer could've taken it to auction and made a good profit.

Well, looks like there is more bad news that impacts production:

ANOTHER FORD SUPPLIER FACING STRIKE AFTER NEGOTIATIONS FAIL

That or Ford will offer a $50 credit for any missing "aluminum structures and crash management systems" that they'll retrofit at some point in 2025. Those don't seem like important parts anyways. 🤷‍♂️

I realize you're joking, but it almost seems like it is coming to this...

I've seen a few '23 DRW superduty trucks around here. Not sure about what packages they had..... Hopefully yours ships soon and gets to your dealership quickly.
Spoke with Ford chat this morning concerning my order. It is still at KTP with a new ETA of June 22nd. The told me that there are no hold/no delays so it is just a matter of getting it on rail. I guess I will just not worry and it will show up when it shows up. It sucks but I am at the Mercy of an automaker that needs to work better on getting their ducks in a row in my opinion. On the plus side, this will give me a chance to have more money for things to put on the truck and pay cash instead of putting it on a card.

oh damn they removed my post. An add for Ford. odd censoring.
@Franck1776 that commercial has come up before and it was removed this time mainly due to the subsequent posts that followed.

After months of lurking, I have an actual update myself.

Originally ordered in June of 2022, then got rolled into 2023 MY

Delivered to Dealer 05/18/23

Picking up the beast today.

I guess you mean the comment that was posted. It was very G rated to be censored.

Not your comments... The subsequent ones from other members. Those were not G rated nor were they consistent with our policy on political postings on the forum.

so why delete my original post and not just their repost?

Rumor has it that they have already balanced out the year for HO builds, so we might seen a sharp drop soon on units with that option which gives the 7.3L Tremor builds a greater chance of getting scheduled.
I ordered my 7.3L May 1st and got the email stating a June 12th build date Wednesday this week...wasn't expecting THAT. Then checked the tracker page and build date is 5/31...should I expect a Rollercoaster ride of expectation dates?

I tried to get Granger to drop my priority down but they don't want to budge at the moment. Just like you, 7.3 Platinum Tremor. I'll have to figure out if I can order a 24 with them, if July comes and it's still not scheduled. I know they were holding off placing 23 orders until last minute for those who's 22 wasn't scheduled when the banks opened... I hope they won't repeat that.
I finally broke down and called them today, I was told the same thing. So my options are wait for the truck since ford confirmed the order…I’ll probably be the same situation of waiting when the 24MY order banks open or cancel my order and get my refund back. I also asked for a raptor allocation and was politely told no. That was after they said they had 8 platinums get scheduled.

There is always a silver lining. The important thing is that it's built and will be shipped soon. I was expecting mine in the fall and if it shows up before June 1st it's just going to sit there until I can get my trade in ready to go... 1st world problems I guess.
Ordered Lariat Ultimate w/ BAP end of October 22
Order cancelled 5/18/23

Good luck everyone, I'm out of here for now

Can't really say I blame you. If I didn't get a built date by mid June I was going to cancel my order. Good luck and hopefully things will settle down and you'll be able to get exactly what you want with out waiting indefinitely. I think Ford is missing out on quite a few sales and leaving a lot of money on the table in the process.

Randomly checked the order tracker and noticed my order has been adjusted nearly back to my original scheduled date. Of note this time... the date actually appears in the graphic where it did not beforehand. Hoping this means they're sticking to it this time. 🤞

It could be true? Who knows really. I ordered mine April 18th with the salesman telling me it could be a year. Exactly one month later I got the email saying June 5th. If true, I feel lucky and somewhat guilty because some people that placed orders in November are still waiting. Suppose it's maybe based upon options but damn. So hard to wait!

^^^ You are extremely lucky..next week my order is 7 months old and still no build date.
Likewise... But there are still a bunch of people that placed 22 orders that were rolled into a 23... They're looking at 18 months plus.
Based on the scheduling and constraints that was posted earlier, I'm hoping the higher end trims will start seeing their emails in June for July builds.
