2023 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build dates from Ford...

WS finally populated. Looks like this is a slower week for KTP… significantly so.

My modules have populated so that’s exciting progress. Hoping I wake up to a “Built” status change but it’s not like the order tracker is all that accurate anyway.

My towing capacity, payload, was obtained via the tow guide in my ford pass. I included for both 5th wheel/Gooseneck and conventional.

Just received an update from ford. My F350 Lariat Ultimate Tremor has been built and waiting shipment.
I sense a disturbance in the force… how did you get on the reverse time build line, and why you only ask for one day of time travel?

There's going to be a '23 King Ranch available in September - I'm not taking it this late in the model year, and with the MCS delete.

There will be a very similar specs Platinum for sale as well in Iconic if anyone is interested.
Not taking it without MC seats.

In 132 pages of this thread, I don’t recall seeing this before. My window sticker has changed. And the production number(s) for KTP has fallen dramatically.

I knew going in that Ltds would be back of the line, but I can’t understand what’s going on here. If my KTP number fell, I would’ve expected to see weekly numbers go up but in one day it’s down from 1700 to 500!

I told my dealer the same. But the day I had that talk, ford relented on the limiteds

My tracker updated 2 days ago stating my 350 Lariat Ultimate Tremor 7.3L Rapid Red was built. I just got the official email today. I guess they are a little behind with getting the emails out to customers.

Rail or convoy?

Found this elsewhere and have never seen data before on production volumes by plant and vehicle line before. Not sure what was going on at KTP in May, but they cranked out about 33% more volume that month (maybe then ran an extra shift?). Between KTP and Ohio, they're trending to make 290K+ Super Duties per year.

I think KTP itself has a theoretical output of something like 450k superduties a year, possibly more. I believe thats based on a number I saw last year or in 2021 that said ~9000 per week could be built between the 2 lines running 2 shifts per line. However they are closed for at least 3 weeks(christmas unit 2nd week of January) and maybe 6(I seem to remember in a normal year they have another 2-3 week shut down mid year). So that would knock 18-36k off of that 450k number. If they ran a 3rd shift on both lines that would add another 2250 per week or another ~100k per year.

I think the last time they cracked 400k was like 2019. I cant find the sheet I saw a few weeks ago.
