2023 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build dates from Ford...

Yes, I got my WS Wednesday for aa build date of 8/10. Shows to be in production right now.

Did you get MC seats? Or is there a MC delete code on the WS?

The factories are definitely in high gear now. Mine just pulled forward a week from 20th to 15th.

Interesting mine was bumped from 8/16 to 8/19.

Well then. I guess I don’t know what’s going on. I figured Limiteds would be dead last… especially with everything I added on

Might be the Tremor package on mine causing the bump.

My very loaded up Platinum Tremor 6.7 ordered 11-3-22 did not schedule yesterday which I am happy about. I have the 2024 backup on order with Granger and at this point I am hoping that the 2023 does not get built so I might have a chance of getting the Multi-Contour seats. Does anyone know how many more weeks they will schedule 2023s?
Probably doing the final balance out for the year this coming week. There's only 2 weeks left to be scheduled which is pretty common to be done all at once. So if you don't get a scheduling email Thuraday, you're 23 is unlikely to get built.

Just to update on my truck, ordered 10/31/2023, got my vin on 4/20, built around 7/17ish, delivered to my dealer 8/2, I did my own PDI on 8/4 and drove her home. I’m not sure how many other platinums are out there, but my salesman is pretty surprised I got my truck. 4DR long bed 6.7 HO platinum.

I was actually hoping the same thing for my order. My 24 rollover order through Granger was actually cheaper than the 23! But I'd imagine they'll start cancelling those orders for those of us that got scheduled for the 23s.

soooo... Ordered my KR 10/28,priority 10, got the SCHEDULED FOR PRODUCTION email on 7/13 ( for production week 8/28).
I did NOT create an order for a MY24. Well yesterday I got the "Unfortunately, continued supply chain issues are slowing things down. We'll contact you every 45 days..." and now my scheduled week of is undated....
This MY23 was a rollover from a MY22 that wasn't built (it was priority 10 as well).
Not sure what that means for my KR, or if I will ever own a SD... is this a sign?

Everything that I've seen is if you have a VIN, you should be good to go and get built.

Congrats on the truck!

Does your truck have multi-contour seats?

We had a VIN for a 2021 Bronco that never got built and rolled to a 2022 that was built and delivered.
This interesting. First I have heard of this happening. Did they give you a new VIN for the 2022 and cancel your 2021 VIN, or did they build your 2021 VIN during the 2022 production run?

Yes. New VIN and cancelled the 2021 VIN. Have purchased north of 20 Fords from same guy and he had only seen it happen twice before.

I wouldn't put too much value in the 45 day constraint emails. I've seen others reporting getting the same email after their truck was built, and I think I even saw a case where it had arrived at the dealership and they still got the email. The system they're using for those emails is unreliable and inconsistent and I think the general consensus is they're pretty worthless. I do find it funny how inconsistent they are so that's why I've noted when I've received them in my signature.

I'm (maybe being overly optimistic) thinking that it won't be an issue for those with late '23 orders since there are really no changes between the '23s and '24s (aside from 2 new paint colors and some options being expanded to lower trims). I imagine the parts supply will be shared between the remaining '23s and then start going into early production '24s as additional inventory starts to reach the factory. I think its fair to say that anyone whose order is getting built by this stage should be considered a 2023.5 - especially since in my case, the only difference between my '23 order and my '24 order is that the '23 will be built 2 weeks before the '24 production starts and both would otherwise be identical.

Agreed. The Bronco first year was such a debacle. Hopefully Ford learned from that.

Congrats on the truck!

No it does not. Those were pulled before I got my window sticker I believe. I do have onboard scales, and that was supposed to be not be a thing either. Ford is all over the place with what you can and cannot have.

I think I know why mine got pulled forward. I was watching a Long MacArthur video and he mentioned that Ford would likely push all the Azure Grey through so they can be done with that color and refit for 2024 colors.
