Ok, so please tell me what your secret is. I've sent 3 emails so far and got nothing back from them.

It's always a big red flag for me when a company can't answer a simple email.
Makes me seriously think about what would happen if I really needed support from them.
I like to spend my money on products and companies that actually support their customers.

I've been following these on the F250 SuperDuty page on FB. glad to see it made it here too. From everything I can see it retains all the OEM functions just waiting to confirm RSC Heater.

Is there a specific name for this facebook group? I searched and found about 2 dozen groups.

Honestly I don’t need Autotec when I’ve got you guys . Now if it shits out on me and I need a replacement, that’s on me. I was willing to take the risk for $400

I definitely have one there and checked to make sure they were all the way on. I think I'll take it out and plug back in. Because it seems to be something that simple. Probably won't be today but will definitely keep you posted. Thanks and have a great day.

I took it apart and checked all the connections again. Still the same. I'll just wait for autotecpro tech to call me Monday at 3:00 and see what happens. Will keep yall posted.

The directions also say to make sure all the harnesses are plugged in even if you dont use them.

I Needed them all except for the RCA jack harness but it's plugged in too. I'm wondering about that little red box if something is wrong with it? They're supposed to call me sometime today.

Are you running a SIM card or just doing hotspot?

I was going to try a Verizon SIM card when mine arrives, but it looks like Verizon wont work. I typically drive with two cell phones so I guess I'll figure something out. Would like to make sure it connects automatically every time I turn it on.

i use Wi-Fi when at home and the hot spot on the road. Since only sync has sound for me I've just been using it OTR.

There is an AutoTec install video that talks about the audio issue.. I will see if I can find it.

I think ill connect one phone to the Sync bluetooth and one to the android bluetooth and see how I get along with that.

I need to watch this one again for some setting help. But my problem was the one with actually in the wrong place. The only one that could be wrong and it was. The autotecpro guy FaceTimed with me as we followed all the connections in back of the radio. I've got it down now. Could probably change one out in 30 minutes or so. And get it right this time. Lol.

Cool, glad you got it sorted! I knew there was a fix for that issue, but after reading thru now 107+ pages of forum posts on 3 websites, I couldn’t quite pinpoint it

Anyone having issues with steering wheel track skip forward and back while using CarPlay? My AutoTec 12.2” system skips two tracks forward and back for each press of the steering wheel button. Auto Tex provided a software update today, but it made no difference.
