Just checked on the status of my truck. Still showing in processing, but built on 8/16 and a delivery of 9 days to my dealership but it hasn’t moved on Alumizilla since 8/18 still saying “in production-sent offsite” Just clicked on my window sticker for kicks (I’ve had access to it since around 8/10) and now it’s saying that it’s not been made yet. WTF Ford? Seems like they lost my truck. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER RIGHT NOW! Any suggestions besides wait 9 days for my truck to not show up and then raise hell? Not sure what to do here. Perhaps I’m overreacting but it bothers me to be seeing trucks made weeks after mine supposedly was made being delivered already and I have to look at the same shit on the tracking site for half a month with no changes.

Frustrating as fuck no doubt! Have you tried calling your dealer to see if they have any better information than alumazilla? Seems their tracking isn't the most accurate

Yeah I contacted them last week and they were basically no help at all. I’ll just wait an see.

From Fords perspective they are still on time. I do believe it will get to you before 9 days are up. However not knowing what’s happening and no help from your dealer is not good. Why could your salesman call their ford rep tom find out. Dealer service should be better specially on trucks $70k and up.

Dealerships are closed in my state today so I’ll check it again tomorrow and I’ll rattle his chain again if I haven’t seen any movement. I agree about the service, the prices of these trucks are meeting or exceeding the price of most luxury vehicles out there, so one would begin to expect that sort of customer service as well. Looking back, I’d probably have rather not gotten the ability to track my build progress and just waited for the surprise phone call like back in the good ol’ days. It’s too frustrating to just watch it sit.

If it makes you feel any better Ford Tracking says mine is still awaiting original shipment. Haha

Hoping this is good news but seems like a long time between “shipped by rail” and expected delivery

Transit days estimated is pretty close to actual. If everything goes smoothly maybe a day or two early. Maybe 9/15 for your delivery.
Mine was 15 transit days which would have be this Thursday 9/3. Mine has been at the local Rail yard since Saturday night waiting for a truck to my dealer.
