I was too, but yes, it’s the 7.5 adjustable drop. I’m not all the way down either. Rides about an inch higher than my previous hitch on my F150, but looks pretty level.

The payload appears to be asphalt shingles. Judging from the squat on the rear of the truck I'd say it's safe to say that the 1,500 pound tongue weight rating has been exceeded!
