So I took a 2 week trip my dad and sister down to Dallas to visit some family and friends down there and stopped in Kansas City on the way back to see some more family there. Did around 3k miles round trip and the Tremor handled it well.
I only got one photo of the trailer setup even though I told them to remind me when we were at the different camp sites. We spent a week in Lavon at Lavon lake around an hour east of Dallas in a COE federal campground and it was really nice. We were right on the lake only like a hundred yards away. There was always a nice breeze and nearly no bugs.
I did do the second oil change at 5k during the trip and it was easy with the fumoto valve. Didn’t have any issues during the trip and the 6.7 was a beast but I noticed my def gauge is not working correctly or it’s extremely inaccurate. It would say full and I’d put in 2 or so gallons at a truck stop. It also said just over half and I put in 5 or so gallons.

I did have a little issue with my weigh safe wd hitch. I have to give them a call and figure out what’s going on. There is a plastic piece that I’m guessing keeps the adjustable part of the wd spring arm adjuster from hitting or rubbing the main body of the hitch and it broke. It broke during shipping too and they sent me a new one, I’m hoping it won’t be a recurring issue.
The other issue I had with it was I’d adjust how much weight was distributed while parked level and later check it when fueling up and it would be different. So I kept going back and forth from too much to too little until eventually I think it settled in the range the app gives. Odd issue and I’m not sure what could be causing it.
Otherwise I like the hitch and love that I can open the tailgate all the way without bumping. Weigh safe’s customer service is pretty good too so I’m sure they’ll get it sorted out.
