I think I'll keep my trailer on solid earth, thank you.
Besides, I hate sand, especially inside my trailer.

I loved sand as a kid, don't mind going to the beach/dunes with the truck if the plan is to go wheel and stay in the truck, but realized how much I hate sand if driving to the beach to unload so the family can hangout and play, just to try and get all the f'ing sand off before they get into my damn truck...

You would hate all my normal camping spots since most have a fine powdered dust much harder to brush off than sand. Add a little moisture and you have gumbo that only seems to release when in the truck, trailer, or house. The carpet delet is a awesome option for those reasons.

Yeah, the carpet and all the electronic technology crap in the new rigs makes me miss my old 78 K5. Would just pull the drain plugs and hose that out when we got home.

Flew in a 1929 Biplane at the Rhinebeck areodrome, took the COG railway up Mt Washington, took a boat tour of the coast of Main at Bass Harbor. Ate some fresh Maine Lobsta!! Good times, Great Memories!

Week long Trip To Bass Lake CA good times.

Went to Anza Borrego for the peak nights of the Perseid Meteor Shower. It was 94 at 1500 but at 1830 it was down to 78 and cooling fast!

The BBQ Master threw down the gauntlet:

Started the steaks so they made grease.
Slit the asparagus and dipped them in the grease.
BBQ them with steaks to hold them flat. Oh, yeah!
