The gist of the joke is that when the man comes for everybody's guns there won't be any to confiscate because we all lost them in some absurd manner.

I honestly don’t really think the super duty engine bay would allow for it. Current air-intake system as you can see is already super close to the hood. And if you look at the space between the engine cover and the upper hood frame, there’s not much height there left.
Crazy shit I just found. Look at the engine diagram for the 7.3L from the owners manual (8/11/2020 version). Massive differences here, very odd.
Weight of fluid plus the weight of the glass bottle it comes in. Didn't want to overload the truck, lol.
