I thought Fence Pliers and Chanel-locks were standard equipment on the Tremor.
Welding gloves also in the drivers door. The Essentials.

Small pair of bolt cutters plus all the other tools that can cut that fence reside in my truck 24/7

Sounds like a Project for one of the many here that can 3D print an insert with magnets, that then screws in to the door pocket
