I've only ever been bitten by two dogs in my life. One was a giant German shepherd when I was a kid running to play with my friends(the dogs owner). Then another small almost malinois looking female that had puppies. The owner was adamant that she was friendly, even though I said I was fine and didn't need to see the puppies.
First one got my whole thigh in his mouth and threw me over him then let go as my friend yelled at him. The second pinched/bit my thigh through a small gap in the door as her owner was opening it. I love shepherds, but they scare the shit out of me, moreso than a pitbull. I'll punch a pitbull right in the damn face

Colter had his first encounter with a skunk the other morning when we went out at 4 a.m. We got him pretty well cleaned up, but on our visit to the ranch yesterday he immediately rolled in wet cow shit. This is why you always see cow dogs riding in the back of the truck

With the cow shit yes, he has however been letting me lead the way off the deck at 4 a.m. every since the skunk. Hopefully the lesson will stick!

Not technically a Tremor Dog yet. But he will be when it arrives. My old boy started life at the track, and Lord willing will be a track dog till the end .

17 weeks today, he's becoming a pretty solid travel dog.

Well, we have officially lost our minds and gotten a second pup. This is Gus, half miniature Goldendoodle and half miniature Bernedoodle. He will come home with us in about a week to help our 2 year old Goldendoodle, Loki destroy the house. The family that bred the pups are super nice, (it's their daughter holding him). Loki is 50 pounds, they say Gus will get up to 35 pounds. Let the crazy begin!!!!!
