Tremor Dogs! Let’s See Um!

[Troutpost]

Been looking for a whitetail shed my whole life. They are like needles in haystacks around Vermont. We just do not have a ton of big rack bucks - but don’t get me wrong - we do have a good share.

Today was the day. This one looks like it was from last year. I had seen the spike last year on my property too. So it’s probably him. I think he was harvested this year as a 4pt.

Anyway, I’ve wanted to train my pup to find them with me, and now I have a trainer shred!!!!!!

I’m super excited! “Winslow” aka Winnie/Windsor was too! She’s about 1.5 years old - Black Labrador. View attachment 195884

Congrats! Nice lookin Labrador!

We don’t train for or look for them but came across this one while picking up a couple of these geese this weekend

AWESOME!!! I would love to do that! If my pup gets the hang of this, I may get into some bird/duck. We will see.

I just picked up a new copilot! My wife already bought her a car seat and a jacket to keep her warm on those cold Wisconsin days. Haha.

Dude's are the best! Just enough crazy to make you question your decision logic, otherwise nothing but love!!

Does she like the snow?

She loves the snow so far. Runs, lays in it, eats it, slides around in it… has actually made housebreaking a little harder as she just wants to run and play in the snow. Lol.

Back at Cut River bridge near St Ignace MI, found some blue ice.

Here is the bridge and some info.

Looks like a suave wookie out on the town w/a fresh haircut and pressed neckerchief.

That smile kills me.

Nice Pembroke Welsh Corgis. What about the little guy in the back right? His eyes look like he wants to know why all of him wasn't included in the photo .

We are probably at that point. They will go up the stairs but not down them!
