Train derailment with what looks like Ford trucks..

In response to that post:

My understanding is CSX ships super duty's. Since that is in MO, I'm guessing they may be F150s as they are built in Kansas City (I think) and Norfolk Southern has a facility there.

Obviously still sucks, but for the sake of everyone on this forum let's hope they're right and they aren't Super Duty trucks. ?

Yikes that sucks. Luckily for you those all look like GMs to me.

Looks like a GMC headlight. Edit: Nope, is indeed a Transit like Mr. ccw said.

Good luck getting your Tremor.

Hopefully nobody was badly injured.

Interesting. I see a Ford Transit headlight and Ford truck roof (the black spots are the two antennas), but tough to say for sure with the photos.

Edit: agreed on the rear fender, though. That fender definitely looks GM truck.

It is F150s from KC

This was posted June 24th, is it the same accident? We are just hearing about it now?

All kidding aside, it's amazing how neatly stacked next to each other those rail cars are. When I approach a high-speed rail line and the crossing arms are down, I stay way back if I'm the first car. If it were to jump the tracks at the grade crossing those things go quite far off the rails.
