Meanings behind Monikers (Screen-names)

Great names!! My Wife stole "Whiskey" as the name for the cat, and once we move to have enough room to support, i've been planning on getting two dogs - "Tango" & "Fox(Trot)"!!!
Haha that’s awesome, my Daughters cat is Foxtrot! So we have the complete set WTF 🤣

Please share your Whiskey, Tango & Foxtrot once you are settled!

It’s fun hiking or at the dog park calling them, everyone finishes the Foxtrot sentence lol

Merry Christmas everyone.
I will start by saying that I am 2 years older than old geezer RedZilla and I have been sniffing bits since Bitsnifer was 9 years old.
My first name is Sherman and shermanator just sort of stuck to me as a user name 25 years ago or so. shermanator is usually already taken so I use shermanator2 most often and it just has a nice ring to it.

ShoholaSmokin - because I live in Shohola PA and smoke the best damn brisket (Texas style) that will ever melt in your mouth. Now Lupo really enjoys when I make brisket because he gets most of the trimmings. While he is just a puppy at 8 months, I am guessing he goes over 80lbs at this point.

Nickname after a hard night drinking ammo bowls in the PI and then waking up in Korea and no idea why I was sitting in a C130 in Tagu

I used to fly Blackhawk Helicopters for the United Nations that were painted gloss white. We called them Whitehawks. Chose it for a screen name on something nearly 30 years ago and just seemed to have stuck with it. A few different versions of it here and there.

berlinguyinca

'm from Berlin Germany, a guy and live in California and needed a screen name 20 years ago when I was young and dumb and stuck with it since.

Not that young anymore...
And still without a tremor until I find the one with the options I 'need'

Funny I was stationed in Berlin from 02/87-12/90. Best duty station ever.

I had to come up with an AOL screen name in 1994. I had been a Tank Platoon leader in DS/DS and was a Tank Company Commander in Ft Hood, Tx, and Abrams, spelled correctly was already taken, so "AbramzTnk" was born. Its still my AOL and Gmail address moniker as well. I figure 23 years as a Cavalryman, I deserve to keep it.

If I had to go off of nicknames, it would either be Gunslinger 6, or CPT Caveman 😆

Sincere thanks and respect to the many servicemen a part of this Tremor nation!!! THANK YOU Gents, our Nation would be a different place without your service!!

Thinking about our current environment, feels like we need everyone of you to come out of retirement and get us back on track!!!

Thanks for being an American worth serving for. It was an honor and a privilege and I'd do it all over again. If they'd take me back and not make the APFT mandatory, Im in! Otherwise, just a Sheepdog tending the flock, with an eye on the horizon and a round in the tube.

Thanks to all of the veterans and first responders here. My freedom to rove around the red rock deserts and mountains of Utah and the Intermountain west is thanks to you. I’m originally a Wolverine from Battle Creek, but I moved out west after college. Once I discovered the Utah desert, I have owned 4x4s and enjoyed primitive camping with my family and friends ever since. We were always willing to wheel farther and longer to escape the crowds. After a CJ-7, a couple of Troopers and an Expedition, I acquired a Land Rover which I drove for 15 years. In 2021, my wife and I decided to “retire” to a slide-in camper on a Tremor for more creature comforts as we settled into our late 60’s. I became “Roverine” on a couple of Land Rover forums, and figured it fits. I still have that Wolverine blood but I love to rove in the beautiful mountain west. Go Utes! Go Blue!
