As @TampaUKFan said, the PCO amount should have been subtracted from the sale as a rebate when you bought the truck. I have used two PCOs on two different Ford purchases and they both were listed on my final contract, along with other relevant rebates.

I have never heard of a dealer cutting a check for the PCO amount, but I guess it is possible. :unsure:

I have an F150 PCO that even Ford Marketing was able to find under my name. I enter my info with the correct email on villageford on an f150 and nothing comes up. Perhaps you just have better luck.

Both of my PCOs were listed in my FordPass app before I purchased my vehicles and my dealers never asked to see them as they were able to find them in their database.

My PCO is related to MY21 to MY22 switch over on am F150, a special incentive for those who didnt get build in 21. I assume that has something to do with me not being able to see it anywhere.

I was told it was not put on and that the girls who run the accounting only work half day on Friday and that they had already left for the day. I paid cash( certified check) and was told they would send me a check overnight and I would get it on monday

Are you honestly worried that Granger will not send you the check they promised?

I get that it’s frustrating when they promise and dont deliver on time, but with Zach’s and Granger’s reputation i highly doubt they are playing games with you and eventually will make it right, even if it will take a few days or a week.

When someone tells me I will have a check sent to me first thing Monday morning and then get an email from Zach saying we will look into it with no follow up. Absolutely I'm pissed.

“ So I hot my truck today. I have to say one thing. Granger Ford of Iowa is the real deal. My sales chip picked me right up at the doors of the airport and took me to the bank I needed to get the deal done. I unfortunately jumped the gun and came out early and they did more than what was expected from me. I did get the check for the truck and they forgot to take off my PCO of $2500. However, they said it will be mailed out on Monday and I 100% trust that it will. Like I said I was the one who jumped the gun and came out earlier than what I was supposed to. I saw my truck land last night via the Palsapp.comand jumped on a flight first thing this morning. So paperwork and shuttle was not yet arranged and they still made it happen.. They definitely have a customer for life from me. Oh and I ordered my truck October 11th.”

You messed up, they messed up. Call it even. You will get your check. Enjoy your truck.
 
I have an "Exclusive Cash Reward" for $2,000 that appears to have come from my dealer - Expires January 3rd like many others appear to. Is there a way to find out if this is only able to be used at this dealer? They are low-balling me on my trade and I would like to know what I have before shopping out my trade at other dealers. My trade would be my 2021 Tremor that they are going to put on the lot for $5,000 over original sticker like every other used truck in their lot....

It's a standard PCO to be used anywhere. Go to a different dealer and have them pull up it up for you.

Whenever I get a PCO I'll inevitably also get the mail you describe from the dealer I last bought from making it look like it's their coupon, but it's from Ford.

I actually had this occur for me when I purchased my 2010 Mustang GT new in 2009 - I received a PCO in the mail a couple weeks after I had already purchased it using X-plan- I reached out to the salesman and he had the dealership send me a check for the amount ($750). I told that story to another dealership when I purchased my 2012 F150 and they said flat out they wouldn't do anything like that (which I assume most would not, especially in the current climate).

Have you checked with VROOM, CarMax and Give Me The VIN? I used offers from the online dealers to get my local dealer to match the price on my wife’s Cadillac SUV. On that deal, I also had an Exclusive Cash offer from the previous dealer who sold me the Tremor and I was able to use it at my local dealer who gave me X-Plan for her Explorer ST.

I also sold my 2018 GT350 to VROOM because their offer was so high, no one else would come close. :cool:
 
Today was my lucky day. I had done many of the “tricks” listed in this thread and had pretty much given up on PCOs. One arrived in my inbox today after no specific action on my part. Maybe Ford feels bad about my order taking so long 🤣

Anyway, they seem to come in batches so hopefully more of you will be getting good news soon!
