How to get Ford's Private Cash Offer (PCO OFFER)

Hello everyone , new to the forum . I am in the market for a new truck, hopefully looking into ordering a new f250 lariat or platinum tremor. I receive a couple of the 3k rebates in the mail , sucks can’t be combined with employee pricing. If I could, would have already ordered one. But I didn't do anything special to receive them .

Well that is sad... The PCO works with X-Pan I do know that. Do not know about the "rebates" you have gotten in the mail.... Never gotten one of those that was not available to anyone.

I wrote rebate, but meant private offer. It excludes a/z plan and all special vehicles, Shelby, bronco, and the Mexican “Mustang”.

I wish I’d get one of these things before my truck comes in. Don’t think it will though:/

After I bought my Tremor last year, I get PCOs all the time now. Think I got two of them in the last 6 months.

Apparently you have to buy a truck first lol
Ya I’m sure I’ll be in the same boat as everyone else in about two or three months..

I bought my raptor last year and the last two months or so I have been saving Super Duty builds. I also get all of my oil changes at the dealership.
I received a $2000 PCO a month or so ago. It will expire in January, so a few months before I take delivery, but according to Dustin at Granger they will honor it.

Does anyone know how I can view my actual PCO to read the fine print? I called Ford marketing and confirmed that I do have a PCO, but they couldn’t tell me any details on it. They said the dealership is the only one that could look up the details. My dealership told me they have to have a VIN and the truck on the lot before they can see if they’ll be able to honor the PCO when the truck is delivered (I don’t have a VIN yet and definitely won’t have the truck delivered to me before it expires on 3 January). There has to be some way I can look at the details of this PCO, right? All the marketing department told me was the certificate number.

Well, your dealer is playing games. They can see the details of your PCO and can share that info with you. They do not need a vehicle with a VIN on the lot to do anything.

Go to a different dealer, if nothing else than to just get the PCO details.

Do you have a Ford Pass account? That should have your PCO info under “messages”.

Thanks. I thought that was strange of the dealer to tell me that. I do have a Ford pass account but nothing is in there under messages. I don’t have anything in writing (no email, no physical mail, no message in Ford pass) to have the offer in hand and to read. Only thing I have is Ford marketing department confirming that I have an offer and provided me with the cert #. I’ll see if another dealer can pull the info for me.

I was told by Granger to bring the PCO with me whenever my vehicle arrives and it will be honored.

I was told the same thing. However, I was told I would receive my check in the mail on monday. No check on Monday, a guy name zach called Tuesday to say he would look into it. I called three more times this week and no return calls until late today with nothing but games from Granger. Buyer Beware!

I read to troll the ford site and show interest in vehicles, register for info on vehicles. anything that will let you enter mail or email address. I didn't realize I had already received a PCO for $3,000 by mail (wife didn't mention it) until a week before paying for the truck. Meanwhile since i was unaware I had a PCO I trolled the site for about a month & 1/2 before the truck was supposed to arrive (when i read to troll to get a PCO). A week after I picked my truck up another $3,000 PCO came in the mail. Not sure if trolling and looking for info for F250's and Bronco's generated the 2nd $3,000 PCO. Another thought looking at the more expensive vehicles might just generate the higher $$$ PCO, kinda makes sense. just my .02 cents

Go to this dealers site https://www.villageford.com/searchnew.aspx click on the "see private offer" link on any of the new trucks. Enter your info and the amount of your private cash offer will pop up.

Makes no sense why your dealer scribbled on your order, dealers get the PCO money back from Ford. If your dealer didnt apply the PCO to your sale then they will not get reimbursed. My sales invoice shows a "rebate" line item with the amount of my PCO.

It’s not the first time i see this villageford link and someone providing these exact directions.

Have you tried generating a PCO on a Superduty yourself? I can tell you that it 100% doesn't work. I tried and i asked several other people to try it for comparison. It returns nothing for a Superduty truck.

Ive had multiple PCOs and was able to pull all of them up using the Village site, I selected an F150 since they didnt have any Super Duties in stock.
