How to get Ford's Private Cash Offer (PCO OFFER)

Interesting, when i used my email and name it shows me $2,000, but just on their villageford.com website. Does that mean i have a 2000 PCO under my name somewhere. I did not receive an email or physical mail with the same offer yet.
Exact same happened to me just now. Have a 2021 order from August that was just converted to a 22 and have been searching but no email or mail so far

Received my PCO in the mail this past week. Not sure what triggered it. I saved vehicles, sent inquiries off, and clicked every page on fords website it seems like.

Expires on Jan 3 2022. Just hope my truck arrives by then.

In pursuit of PCO I filled out a lot of contact forms. One dealer just reached out to tell me Ford had just released some new incentives on SuperDuty. I don't see anything on Ford.com. Anyone aware of broad incentives hitting the ground now? My pickup is scheduled for next week at Granger.

I see $750 off today in the build pages if you click on the total.

Ordered mine July 2021 - Just delivered to dealer today (11/3/21). Getting X plan price + $2500 PCO offer that my wife was mailed a couple of weeks back (dealer looked up my address and saw it was mailed and said I could use it on my truck purchase). Nice surprise to get that extra $2500 off! I should be picking it up this weekend after they get the winch, tonneau cover, bed liner and window tint installed. Can't wait!! Also, financing getting 1.95 through RBFCU! Wins all around!

Was this the round of PCOs that expired in Sept?

Not sure when it was valid through, dealer just texted me and looked up my address and said we can use a $2500 PCO that was sent out in my wife's name.

Was told this about my PCO in an email from my local dealer:

"So once the vehicle is built you have a choice to take the rebates the day you did the order or the day the truck is delivered"

Who knows whether they were blowing smoke or not.

Ordered mine a little later, unfortunately my dealer is now saying they won't honor x-plan. Anything you said/did in order to get it?

Did they tell you this after your truck came in?

I just ordered mine last week and they first told me they couldn’t do it as well but I kinda made a stink about it and they honored it.. but I was wondering when the truck comes in they will back out of the offer..

This is correct. Although the dealer has to lock the PCO in their Vincent system if it will expire before delivery. When I ordered my 2020 my dealer locked in my PCO and a $500 rebate at time of order. I was hopeful that the rebates available at the time of pickup would be better but that didn't happen. At pickup there wasn't any incentives but I still got the $500 and PCO that was locked in..

No, originally they said they would honor it but when talking with them recently about the order the said they couldn't...the truck hasn't been shipped yet, build date is the 22 of November.

For those who use FordPass, you can also view PCOs as alerts inside the application. The $3500 one I got came in via email, then FordPass and then also as a text from my dealer. Guess they really want sales right now.

How long are PCO's generally valid? I'm getting ready to order my truck today and do NOT have one at the moment. Hoping to get one between now and when it is delivered, but worried it might come and expire before I can take delivery. I've been trying like crazy to get a pop-up but nothing so far.

From what I've seen of these unicorns (PCO), they seem to last approx 90 days.

I think Ford runs them in campaigns. For example, there were folks on here that were able to get one this fall and most reported that they all expire on January 3, 2022. I received one in email and a hard copy in the mail, both were for $2,500. When I asked if I could stack them, my dealer said they probably both point back to the same certificate but Ford wanted to be sure I saw it.

Concerning how to get one, here is what worked for me. I have an account at ford.com which uses a personal email account and ford has my home address. I use this same email address on my google account and I purposely stayed logged into browsers with said email account. In other words, you want to let ford web tracking know who you are and that you are interested in a vehicle. Then I proceeded to surf around on ford.com, mostly on their vehicle building site as I optioned out my Tremor. I saved a few builds. I also watched a bunch of Tremor related and Carli related videos on youtube. As a former Msft software engineer, it is well known that Google analytics affect a lot of marketing campaigns. I don't know if it was youtube or ford.com, but a few weeks later the email PCO arrived followed by the hard copy in the mail a few weeks after that. This was also an effective way to use the time while I waited for my VIN and build date. Good luck!
