How Low can you go ? - Miles to Empty

Last week while hauling the camper and towing the side by side, I ran it down to 1 mile to go. It took 29.8 gallons to fill up. Pretty much 4 gallons reserve.

I will put the S&B 60 gallon tank on at some point. I'm hoping someone figures out the DTE modification for bigger tanks on the 23+.

On our way back west from TX yesterday.

33.1 galleon filled up, about a mile past 0 indicates range.

A little concerning because the last few times I’d run in down to less than a gallon remaining, I had driven several more miles past 0, so I had been pretty confident in a 2-gallon reserve. This would seem to indicate only 1 gallon.

Granted, I was towing at the time, so perhaps the estimated range was off as a result from the realtime mileage varying from normal.

not being able to update DTE on '24 Tremor this was close as I wanted to push it after 2 weeks in Sturgis. Told the wife I had to get bikes washed, my story and sticking to it. Pulling a 11,000 lb toy hauler averaging 68-70mph, form Rawlins WY to Jerome ID - 469 miles @9.38 mpg 50 gallon fill up - DTE showing 0 fuel gauge showing 1/8th tank - really happy with the S&B's extra capacity giving me more range

I recently did my first fill up since the initial fill after installing the 60 gallon tank under my '23. I ran it down to 1 mile DTE. I had put 953 miles on since the first fill and it took 53 gallons to fill. So 7 gallons of reserve at 0 miles.

Dumb question bc I didn't have a 23. Does the DTE at least recalc a little or no? So like on my truck when I was troubleshooting a fuel sensor I set my tank back to 32g and it would read up to a out 600 mi DTE on fill-up and that was about it but wouldn't wigout and zero out early if I still had fuel in the tank. Just never would forecast over 550-600 the next fillup

I have not noticed it recalculate on its own.

I've put over 60g in my S&B tank  😲
Luckily I have my fuel sender fixed now.

I usually drive it down to 0 dte and end up with 54-56 gallons in the S&B tank.

Huh?? Do you really mean if you take it to 0 dte, when you fill up the S&B tank will take 54-56 gallons?

That is correct. I read somewhere it's got a much larger reserve apparently?

The stock 34 gallon tank had about 4 gallons left at 0 DTE. My S&B has about 6-7 gallons at 0 DTE. Of course, I am not sure if the pump will pick up all of it.

Not very wise is it! 🤦‍♂️
No sir, can actually put more stress on your low pressure in tank pump to run that low. I NEVER go below 25%.

24 7.3 at zero miles filled to 32 gallons so close enough when out in SD in January
