FYI 2022 Updated Production Schedule

This roller coaster is all over the place! Just spoke with Ford Marketing still showing a Build week of 7/26 but she said the finish date was TBD. but she then told me I had 2 PCO's one for $500 that was expiring in July and another for $1000 . this is my 5th call to them and the first that anyone mentioned a PCO.......face palm

Wow. That's quite a change. You have to ship so you could be looking at end of October before you actually get it. I ordered 4/20, 22 F350 6.7 Tremor XLT, still "order in processing"

I'm curious - I received an order confirmation from Ford the day after ordering with my dealership. When I log into the website, however, and check to see the status of my order, the website is telling me there are no orders for my account..

Is this normal?

Where would one go to see if they have any PCOs?

No place online to see if you have any. Usually the dealers are aware if you have one though. Also, the order won't show up in your Ford account. I didn't even receive an email confirmation as my dealer doesn't seem to attach emails to their orders. I did confirm that they use the proper COVP program though!
 
I guess the upside to production dates being pushed back is trucks are not going to be built and left to sit in random lots till parts arrive.

Interesting. This is the section of their website that says "reservations and orders." The clear implication is that I should be able to see my pending orders here. This is the account I created after receiving an email from Ford that my order had been placed, to the same email address that the account is registered to.

I think this is for orders that are done via the reservation program, and when the dealer converts that reservation to an actual order (e.g. Bronco program)

I had one of the first Bronco reservations for a First edition and then canceled it.

Do you have an VIN#? you would have to enter it into your account to show anything there

This is the reason I decided to stop calling them for updates, just going to be patient until I see that it has been built.

Called Ford Marketing earlier today - he said their system was down today but if I called back they could look it up. I doubt I have a VIN yet but it's good to know that I can call for info.

He also sent me a brochure which he said would almost certainly trigger a PCO. I'm in an MBA program right now too so I get a $1000 incentive from Ford. Thanks to this forum and it's members for making these options apparent to me. =]
 
I'm curious - how many of you are financing a portion of this purchase? If you are financing, are you financing the moment you get your VIN or are you waiting until the truck arrives? Some of these incentives expire so I'm wondering if it makes sense to finance the remaining balance of the truck the moment I get the VIN or if I should wait...
 
week after week with no news is really starting to piss me off considering I ordered it 11 weeks ago.
 
This was all foreseeable in March, so you shouldn’t let yourself get upset because you opted into it.

Just let it ride. Focus on other things and the truck will be there eventually.
