Okay I was about to go fuck around with forscan today anyways. Not seeing my temps in this cold freaks me out So I'm finally going to add temps above gauges. First time messing with the numbers not plain english so hope I don't brick it...

No clue when it will be sent. And I’m sorry, I tried to warn people this was possible that the new update would include these changes. I think I said it in one of my first couple post talking about it.

No need to apologize. Us buyers knew this could be a risk. I gambled that ford wouldn't be releasing this in a timely manner, or at all to us super duty owners.

My 40k in points from buying the truck just disappeared likes 2 months after I bought it. I never even tried to get them back Not going to be buying any service or accessories from Ford.

I got full screen carplay working in my SD today, I got tired of waiting on Ford to send us an update and treating the 22 SD sync 4 like a bastard child. I also turned on the UNreal theme and the climate bar. ask questions ill try to answer them all. this mod was worth every penny to me. View attachment 106585View attachment 106586

What are your Forscan settings on this? Specifically for the climate bar on bottom. I successfully turned on the "unreal theme" but was unsuccessful on getting the climate bar on the bottom. Currently on my '22 F350 Lariat I have the following settings in Forscan: Unreal Theme (APIM 7D0 02 03 - XXXX XXX1 XX--) Enable Climate Bar at Bottom: (APIM 7D0 02 02 XXX2 XXXX XX--). Unreal Theme is working... what is the correct code for Climate Bar?

Did you have a schedule set in addition to auto-update?

Once you have the APIM updated, and then do the Forscan changes, it took mine a few start stop cycles to apply the unreal theme and then the buttons. Be sure you stop the truck and open the door to let the sync system turn off as much as possible.

If you have forscan just go to the wrench icon, select APIM reset it will make the changes take place right away.

Yes. I am set to auto-update. I had considered changing it to allow for a forced update potential, but I am happy I left it alone.

if youre dying to have it now, youll have to go see your dealer and sweet talk them into updating. no clue when ford will send the update they are slowly rolling it out.
