Are you using a 21 pcm by chance ?

Attempting to make two changes in the BdyCM module (As-Built format): Forscan

1. TIRE SIZE CALIBRATION (726-12-01)
- Current/Stock code: C100-3146-54CC
- Desired change: Update tire circumference for 37" Toyo Open Country MT 37x12.50xR20 tires
- Calculated new circumference: 2787mm (hex: 0AE3)
- Proposed new code: C100-0AE3-54CC
Is this correct code? After writing the code, my F350 shows error errors and the check engine light is on.

2. TPMS PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT (726-40-01)
- Current setting: 60 PSI front / 80 PSI rear
- Desired setting: 60 PSI front / 60 PSI rear
- Hex change: middle block from 3C50 to 3C3C
Is this the correct code? Never worked

My setup:
- Vehicle: 2022 Ford F350 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel, 3.31 axle ratio
- FORScan latest version

Does somebody have updated spreadsheets with correct codes that could help?

I have not done the Tire Size change so I can't help there. The TPMS is found in the Plain English menus which is SUPER easy to do.

For the tire size change to work you have to also reset another module (can’t remember off the top of my head) to learn the new setting or you will get the error you are seeing.

The following is a quote from an earlier post when I changed the tire size on a ‘21. Not sure it is relevant to your problem but may be worth a try. I also think I changed his tire pressures in forscan using plain English.
“I changed tire size on my son’s ’21 6.7 last week. He has 37 Recon Grapplers. I used 2770 in plain English. His speedometer was 3mph slow before the change and exactly the same as Waze afterwards but about 1/2 mph slow compared to his R7 radar detector. I got the wrench and some DTCs but after A PCM and TCM relearn and clear DTCs all is good. I did read somewhere that the PCM relearn has to begin with the key in the off position. TCM relearn starts with the key in the on position. Starting number was 2689. Hope this helps.”

Ok guys I took the risk and did some testing. I was able to have a test build of Forscan compiled and tested all of the items on this spreadsheet I'm linking. I pulled some the data for formatting from this forums' 2020 Forscan sheet that was compiled by another member. All the other codes and Sync 4 data I pulled from other sources and hex editing and a little bit of SWAG'ing.

The short version - if it's in dark blue on the spreadsheet, I manually tested it on my 2022 by changing alphanumeric values in the tables. The rest are able to be modified by changing the plain english menu choices in the files OTHER than "AS BUILT" and worked on my particular vehicle.

Here's the sheet I made as I tested and the Forscan I used to do so. Use at your own risk, your mileage might vary, etc. I took the risk and it worked out for me - but should you decide to use this information you do so at your own risk - I hope it helps out the group!

Test Forscan for 22 MY - It will probably warn it's not a recognized file with antivirus etc., I got this directly from the developer. Not sure how long this link will work, so I'd grab it asap.

A quick note on this:

On my 22 F350, had to use the the '23 mod to change Running Lights w/DRL. The '20-22 mod did not work. So far all other '22 mods I've tried have worked.

I checked the spreadsheet for the unreal engine enablement for a 22, but I'm not seeing it in there. Any assistance would be appreciated.
