A BOOMER'S TREMOR

All joking aside, what is the function of the window vents? I've never known. So people can open their windows a bit to smoke a cigarette on a rainy day?

I don't think they look bad, for what it's worth.
When it’s cold out and there is a bunch of moisture in the cab from wet people/gear/dogs, etc., it can be hard to keep the windows from fogging up. Being able to crack the windows open without letting rain in can be the difference between seeing where you’re going or not 😂

Haven’t had any issues in the Super Duty yet but I’ll add vent visors if and when I have to. The windows usually fog up the worst after a day of snowboarding in my experience.

My only complaint is the reduced visibility past the A pillar.

I like my smoking explanation better 😂

Lol, I have a pair of those too. 😉
Biggest issue I have is that I have always used new-b's on roofs, asphalt and metal. They have the best gripping rubber and are almost non-existent weight and restriction wise. Downside is they wear out fast. Like I can go through a pair in as little as 3 months depending on how many roofs I climb. The Skechers are bulkier and the rubber is not as good and there is t as much surface area wise. New balance has gone a bit that way too, some of their shoes don't even have rubber anymore 🤦🤣🤣

If you don't wear the proper shoes while working on the roof, you'll end up with shingles! 🤪
