About 1 day after it goes into production.
The ford production link never did work.. had to use the one that was provided on here and once I figured out how to use it I was able to download it.
I have been stalking on this site for months and appreciate all the good information. Thought I would just add my dates and timeline to help the next person try to figure out when their truck might arrive:

After you got a VIN, how log did it take for the window sticker to show on the Motorcraft site?
My truck is in the driveway as of yesterday evening, but I never received a Window Sticker from the Ford Web Site. Had to use the alternate site.
Mine is built as of 12/2. Here is what I have so far
9/2 Ordered
11/13 scheduled email - pushed to 11/20 then 11/27 because of strike
11/22 tracker changed to production (day before thanksgiving)
12/2 BCE modules came online
12/2 tracker shows in production and built

For Those that have their trucks already. Does anybody know if WeatherTech or Husky floor liners for a 21–22 will fit in a 24?

The window sticker won't show up until your tracker shows it went into production. My sticker didn't work on the email link but on the motorcraft link posted in this thread. It showed up a little over 24 hrs after the tracker switched over to in production.
This is unfortunately a very good thing. Lol it means your truck has shipped. It will update in the next day or two.
Maybe. I was scheduled for 12/4 and instead of going into production last week I was bumped to 12/18 on Friday.
Scheduled for 11/27, went “in production” on 11/22…still in production with no date.
I was the same and mine just changed to built today.
That’s the tricky part. When I placed the order the dealership said most likely I wouldn’t get it until January/February, which was perfect for me. The county I live in does not pro rate the personal property tax. It’s whatever vehicle you owe on January 1. When I ordered it, the dealership agreed to “hold” the truck till January 2nd, if it came in early. That’s a big savings for me. They still have to install the winch. So it’s not exactly ready for pick up either. But it’s killing me knowing its there. My wife reminds me I’ve waited this long I can wait 27 more days.
My dealership said I will be in production this week, but the tracking says the first week of January. Hard to know which one to believe. I’ll go with January.
It took a while. I was slow to learn about the Motorcraft site, and when I checked, it was there. I first saw my Window sticker on November 20, 2023. I feel it was probably there sooner, I was just late to the party.
