2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Also Tim at Long McArthur tried to answer my question about why there’s a Super Duty Job2 coming up so fast. He didn’t know but was going to watch the SD order guide to figure it out.

Basically, Job1 2024 Super Duty is just a Job2 2023 Super Duty with a 2024 model year label.

That’s what my built 11/24/2023 truck is.

They don’t change Jobs without a big change. My guess is that those who haven’t been scheduled yet can look forward to some nice beneficial changes for their January 2024 builds. It sucks to wait, but I think you all will get an upgraded truck that those like me with fall 2024 production didn’t get.
 
I don’t know what could possibly change. The order guide is the same for the unscheduled builds. I guess we shall wait and see.

You're still not "Built" in ford's tracker even though your week was 11/13? I wonder if they're running behind? My build week is 11/20 and it went into production the morning of 11/14. My dealer told me the exact build date would be 11/21, but I still don't have any module data populated or a date on Ford's tracker. Sounds like it's going to be several more days considering the holiday.

I have had trucks show up to my dealer that I ordered that never even said built on the tracker. Ford’s system has never been 100% accurate. I don’t even bother looking any more.

Those 24s that come in January will be identical to the ones that are coming now. Your info is wrong on that like the 22” wheels you said were on some Tremors.

I really don’t understand how it could be different. They’re not gonna change anything. Something might be available later that wasn’t available during job 1. But overall the truck is gonna be the same.
 
Went back to 23MY job 2 and here’s what changed. 1 package and 4 options added. Likely not as much this go around (speculating) but assuming we’ll see more options.

- BAP for f250 and f350
- 3.55 locking axle for the diesels
- CNG propane prep package for XL
- On board scales and smart hitch
- Pro Trailer hitch assist added to Tow Technology Package

Not sure why you're being so hostile while also being so wrong. Job does indeed potentially introduce changes. The build page may never change but they may use upgraded cameras, electronics, materials. Sometimes...rarely...new features are in fact added as was outlined in the video from long mcarthur. Information...all information is useful. Please keep the information flow as accurate as possible while not slamming people for trying to help. The 22" wheel comment was on the expedition and he mis heard it in the video....honest mistake

They don’t balance out Job1 for Job2 unless there is a pretty big reason to change things. A Job change and the balance out for it is an extremely big deal on the production line. Causes delays etc. Time will tell why they are investing so much time and delays in a Job change.
 
My window sticker became available about 10 hours after it went into production using the link from this thread.

I believe they are shut down tomorrow and Friday for thanksgiving. For Christmas I think it’s the entire week.
 
Mine just went into production on ford site. Chat said build date of 12/2.

Ordered 9/2
Date of 11/13 then strike 11/20 and 11/27
Production 11/22
ETA build date 12/2
