2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Three things to possibly look forward to this coming week. First Scheduling will occur for Super Duty’s on Thursday for the first time since October 5th.

Second I think we’ll see 11/6 and 11/13 build week folks see an In Production status change.

Those that went into production prior to the strike should see their trucks shipped to their dealers.

My build date still says 11-27. Hope it holds considering it was originally 10/9.
 
I might be going the way of the Raptor. I have a build date of 1/8. If the bed is sufficient enough for me to feel comfortable with how it accommodates my 7 foot panels for my display I use at art shows then I’ll probably stick with the Raptor as long as I really like it for everything else. Getting it at MSRP. It is a “base” 35in model. We’ll see, but my wife said she likes a Raptor more than the SD. She’s never really cared so I was surprised.

I hope the hell so. My wife's blazer is having transmission troubles and there aren't any loaner vehicles anywhere to be found. It's only slipping a bit in 2-3rd gear, but it is ridiculous. Can't use my lemon law to get my money back because we've had it for too long (even though it only has like 4k miles on it) we have the 8 year warranty but I wish I could just get her something else... Come on truck!!
 
I noticed today on the Ford Order Tracker that my ‘last updated’ date got updated to 11/4. As far as I can tell, nothing else has changed. Still no window sticker. My build date is holding at 11/20.

Hopefully it means that things are actually coming together and it’s going to build that week.
 
There have been loads of them going out, headed to the rail yard in Shelbyville. 23 or 24 no clue, just started seeing them again on Friday.
 
Hey brand new to the forum here. This is my first new Ford product. I ordered a 24 F250 platinum tremor 7.3 on October 18. How long would be a good guesstimate until I have it? I just ordered a 23 dodge charger last call in 2022 and it took 10 months to get here. So I am kind of having nightmares on how long this could be. I have a 21 longhorn limited 2500 right now. I am a Ford senior master tech at a dealership but honestly, this is the first year that I thought Ford made the best product all around. It looks like it was ordered under priority code 19.

2024’s are rolling out starting Friday and Saturday! People are reporting activated modules on their 2024 builds that were originally scheduled for 10/9 week.

If you've read through the forum you know that the higher level trims are produced in limited quantity and take longer overall to get scheduled and built. Having a 7.3 means you aren't also impacted by the NO 6.7 delay so that's a good thing scheduling wise. A few have reported their 7.3 plats being scheduled but the strike messed things up. This coming Thursday is supposed to be the first scheduling since the strike for super duty's. I ordered a F350 Plat Tremor with HO 6.7 on July 17th and still haven't been scheduled. It's a crap shoot at this point. Better insights over the next few weeks will emerge. Read the forum and follow the links to update videos...all you can do at this point :)
 
There are reports of 2024 Super Duty’s with 10/31 built dates coming off the line.
So the Ford information from last weeks scheduling notes saying the plant wasn’t going start building SD until Thursday the 2nd was apparently not accurate.

The three loads of them headed towards the rail yard today that I saw did have one with the Bronze color, pretty sharp looking. Mainly bedless trucks

I do live in the area as the crow fly's 10 miles from the plant, have family that works there. I'm on the road for the next 10 days so if I happen to see a new color and can get a picture I will
 
Next week is the production week for my truck. When should i be able to see a window sticker, this week or next?
