I just cannot believe for a second my truck was sent by rail.. no one I’ve seen had a truck shipped rail to granger
Same. It was nice to visually verify everything matched what I ordered. I'm kind of OCD like that.
Doubtful it's rail. Mine is going to Granger and says Convoy.
Mine says convoy too. Was told it’s on rail and given rail number. All this info.
Mine the same, 3/25 scheduled, then popped to In Production today. No Window Sticker. It does seem like there has been a huge uptick and everyone is getting trucks build all of a sudden. Not Complaining
Did you have to call the rail company to get updates? Also when did yours ship? Mine shipped Sunday via rail.
As an FYI, Extreme off road in Brentwood gave me a price for warn wench install at 3300. My Walnut creek ford dealer gave me a price of 5600! I didn't order it with the Truck originally and figured I could get it for the Factory price of 3800.
I got the rail car number from Ford chat - you have to ask for it (eg, rail car TTGX123456). I then went to the CSX rail page (https://www.csx.com/index.cfm/customers/resources/contact-us/) and call their automated tracking system by entering, 2 then 1 then 3, then saying "location", then it asks for car letters "TTGX" then car number "123456', you will then say "done" when it prompts you to enter another car number.
I have been able to track it all the way out of Kentucky, crossed into CA last night and making its way up north now. Should be wherever it is ending up by tomorrow, then it goes carrier truck to dealer. Mine shipped per Ford page on 3/10 - was moving within 1-2 days, then stopped and sat for 1.5 days at a rail yard in New Mexico I think.

Thanks! My Lariat is still scheduled to be built next week. Was hopeful it would get pushed to this week after seeing so many others, but the Max Recline seats are probably why it hasn't got bumped up.

I’m in production as of this morning! Originally was supposed to be the week of 3/25

It's still getting built next week. They move to "In Production" the week before as they gather parts and start building the body panels. I would consider the build week as more of an assembly week since it pretty much rolls down the line in a day once everything is gathered.
