Ford.com under Support and Service. Once there, you should see a blue "Live Chat" button on the bottom right of page.

Very nice! Ordered mine 2/27, yesterday the dealer called and said it was showing in "Preview" status (said he's never seen one go in preview status that fast). Today it's showing in preview status once again so fingers are crossed it at least gets on the schedule tomorrow 3/7...........Then i'll wait and see what happens. Ha. Seems like experiences are all over the spectrum so i'm not getting too excited just yet.

1/16/24 Ordered F250 Lariat Ultimate Tremor with HO 6.7, and more.
1/18/24 Received Ford email truck scheduled to be built week of 3/4/24. Also received VIN. “Scheduled For Production”.
2/13/24 Received Ford email been rescheduled to 3/11/24.
3/6/24 Received Ford email been rescheduled to 3/18/24.
This not fun. Had to get this off my chest!

You guys are the fortunate ones! I ordered on 8/11/23. Just found out last week it's in Preview status. After nearly 7 months. I'm praying I get a build date tomorrow.

Funny, I get the sense most of these workers spend half their shift looking at the clock on their phone to see when their next break is.

1600+ super duty’s being pumped out in a day. Should easily be 3200+ if it wasn’t for those cell phones huh

Assembly line workers earn their money. A lot of the skilled trades earn theirs. The UAW officials are as useful as Congress.

At my old ford plant 85% of warranty claims were engineering/supplier problems. 15% were assembly worker related. It’s a difficult job to put on 1000 tires a day. It’s a MFer to install 500 floor wires in a day.

They should cut down to 800 and do them all correctly. The problems seen at delivery these days are hard to fathom. Poor attention to detail.
 
Start calling the Kentucky plant the Yo Yo plant
