Where is a $20k difference?I’m starting to see some pretty good deals on used 2023 F250’s making me reconsider waiting another Month or two for mine to be built. Literally 15-20K difference

You have awhile. You wont get a vin until its scheduled. From order to vin for many is 5 months or more. Some get it within a couple.
Ford chat told me estimated delivery was by March 14th. Dealer says dont hold breath.

Ive been told the same thing. mines not even completed on the website and suppose to be at dealer in 6 days.
I reached out to our sales guy January 8th and by their surprise they already had the VIN. May be a good chance that it was ready sooner, but it seems to fall within the 45 days others have experienced. A lot better than post-covid days for an order!
Last night our order updated to Shipped! Looks like we are on track with all of the other February builds! 
45 days is only if you get a scheduled build some time soon. you happened to get the vin because yours scheduled
Me just patiently waiting for my built email too. 30 days since it was parked outside the plant. 497 days since I originally ordered.
Fordpass activation kicked out a message yesterday saying my activation was denied by the primary user so someone must have been in the truck to deny it! The unknown is killing me!

That's fair, but we're also talking Canadian vs American markets. Dealers on this side have far more allocations. Usually the majority of factory orders are for commercial, which has a lower order priority than a consumer order. They also tend to only take up XL and XLT orders, so any trim above usually has open allocations. I wouldn't be surprised if @DJRobbie's truck has a vin within that 45 day window. Not too may Canadians can afford a $150,000+ truck...
Email this morning says that my truck has shipped!
