2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Dealer just said mine is built but due to quality control it hasn't shipped. I'm hoping it's that module that needed to get updated. Fortunately they said 3 weeks whenever it ships so if it hasn't shipped in 2 weeks I might go buy one off the lot.
 
Darn; truck still on ramp per customer service n marketing. 2nd week there. Asked about module hold up and they said nothing shows up to be addressed. Deliver date was 2/25-3/2. Little behind. It is what it is.
 
Well mine now shows shipped
Lariat ultimate, black pck, tremor, power steps. 6.7ho

I’ve been in production since 2/5, trying to get updates I got three different answers today from three different sources. Marketing said it was “released to carrier” and is in Kentucky, chat says no updates outside of in production- talk to dealer. dealer says “ford doesn’t tell us anything and the customer is usually more informed”. I guess an honest answer is just too much to ask when you’re trying to buy a $95k product 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm feeling the same. They have a platinum tremor on the lot but it's another 7k than mine and I really don't like chrome. I have to think they want to get these things off their lot at the plant which makes me wonder why guys here, presumably identical builds are getting their trucks shipped out.

Less worried about it sitting around not getting shipped after my conversations with dealer saying it was in quality control. Also the shipped emails appear to come a day or 2 after built.

My truck took about 2.5 weeks to make it to Granger. I had an offer that was going to expire and they got me in on the day it expired so I didn't lose out on it. I would watch it and when it says delivered, reach out and tell them you have a PCO that's going to expire and ask if they can get you in ASAP. They were very accommodating for me. I got mine in mid December of 23 and expired on 1/2/24. I told them as soon as I got the PCO and the manager got the ball rolling for me.

Has Granger told either of you they can extend the PCO? According to a guy I spoke with in Ford Marketing last week, the dealer has the ability to extend an offer that is expiring if you have an order. I have a PCO that expired January 2, 2024 as well that I called about. They explicitly said that the dealer can extend it... FWIW

My '24 is still living in "unscheduled" land, so it could always be worse.
 
They did not tell me that. They said paperwork needs to be completed before it expires or I lost out on the PCO.
 
Just stopped at the Ford Dealership and seen what was up. Sales guy pulled it up on GPS real fast and its sitting in a random parking lot south of the plant by a chunk. I would venture to say it was a holding lot for trucks. Not real close but not real far from the Factory. Still claiming March 22nd ship date. I have not received an email saying as such though.
 
I will give that a try. Sent a text to my sales guy. See what he can get for info
