In production without a date means it was just sent to the factory. I was in the same boat from the 8th to the 17th. My date shows "in production" of the 17th. I did get factory spray in bed liner which is why it likely hasn't been "built".My new F350 has been sitting "in Production" since February 8th. Today, the website finally updated. My tracker changed to "Order Confirmed" right before I got the built email. Might be a good sign, fingers crossed! My new F350 has been sitting "in Production" since February 8th. Ah, quite interesting what you said with the date. You are correct, I had a screenshot I took where it went into production on 02/08 but there was no date shown under "in production". Now it shows 02/20/2024 right below "in production".In production without a date means it was just sent to the factory. I was in the same boat from the 8th to the 17th. Looks like the strike isn't happening so my March 13 eta to dealership might be right
Mine went into production on Valintines day. Been stuck there since. Just got a call from the dealer this morning. It went to storage. He claimed they must be missing a part for it. My guess would be the 5th wheel prep or wheels. Only option on it that they are having issues with that I know of. Tried to get it with some cheap xl wheels becasue they are coming off as soon as truck gets hereAh, quite interesting what you said with the date. Bummer. Mine is fairly standard - especially since it is not a Tremor this time around. FX4, Lariat Ultimate, Baja interior, long wheel-base. I assume that is why it was scheduled already 3 days after I placed the order.View attachment 145604Well I don’t have the spray in liner so it’s just my luck it might be the stupid wheels that are on the constraint list.
Im in the exact same boat. Taken off site to storage. Hope its not like the last Tremor they had. Sat in storage for 6 months because it was damaged at the factory. Was a mess.View attachment 145604Well I don’t have the spray in liner so it’s just my luck it might be the stupid wheels that are on the constraint list.
Ask Granger to request an extension from their zone rep. If the zone rep says no proceed to ford marketing.I need to find someone at Ford that can help me with the $2,000 exclusive cash reward that I have as it expires on April 2nd. Granger says they cannot do anything about it - which I understand. For the moment I am keeping my fingers crossed the truck gets build this week and ships to Granger in the next two weeks so that I can take delivery before April 2nd.
My 1st Tremor came with Raptor running boards which I ordered deployable running boards…had proof on order form and they tried to have me allow them to install oem deployables which I denied (personal preference)…ordered from another dealer with larger quota and made sure correct boards on sheet…they still messed it up when transferring order to Ford…was able to have them correct it before build date. I am in same boat as you with 1 new hip - these deployables are great! Tell them it is a $0 option and your original order had them from way back - they can fix it at dealer! A lot of guys think the oem running boards are better. This may be your best option without waiting forever again. My second truck took 4 months from order to delivery. Don’t settle!Well the deployable running board option is a big deal to me. I had both hip joints replaced in the past two years and the bounce in my step is not as high as it used to be. I think I figured out what happened. When I originally ordered the truck it was a 2023 model year order. When the build didn’t happen in 2023 the dealer called me and asked if I wanted to still keep it on order for a 2024 build (of course I said yes) and he converted the order to a 2024 omitting the power running board option in error based on your comments here in the forum that it was still available. I’m headed back to my dealer with my original signed order sheet and going to see what they can do for me. I’m kinda torn up inside seeing my dream truck missing what I considered a must have option after waiting 15 months. Guess I have to make a hard decision to take it or refuse it ……..pure agony!
Yes…ordered through factory because price was less expensive - dealers seem to charge more on their own…for instance spray in liners - factory is like $595 or so - my dealer in AZ charged over $700 for Inyati to do my spray in liner - took an extra day of prep to send it to them also…don’t pay more than $3,855 for it. That is factory price. All winches are done at dealer by the way.Anybody get the warn winch installed at the dealer after the order? Thinking I might and wondering total price tag.
