Congrats on your truck! Someone else brought up MPG and I'm curious what you got on your drive home?

Did they give you any explanation on how it happened? Also, what did your MPG average after you arrived home?
18.0 mpg over 1300 miles. I was averaging 75-80 almost all highway. No explanation about the dent. They didn’t see it till I pointed it out. They advised have your shop fix it and send me the bill and I will reimburse you. While upsetting I have seen much worse transport damage and my main concern was no paint damage.

Just contacted ford chat, Looks like ill be waiting until the 29th before the truck ships for some reason. The truck was built on the 11th and sent offsite with an ETA of 02/29, could be the 5th wheel prep? (but I've heard both its done on the line and offsite) No spray-in liner or accessories. Could it be the rear liners since its a platinum? With the pending strike looks like it may be sitting for awhile and could throw a wench into everything I was planning in the next 3 weeks.

I'm wondering this same thing too as I'll be built in the next day or 2. I wonder if 3rd party things (specifically spray in, or 5th wheel(assuming done by 3rd party)) are affected by the strike. I don't think shipping would be.

Congrats on the truck! Hopefully a good paintless dent removal guy can do his magic as that area should be easily accessible from the back side.

I do want my truck, however I personally think the UAW is a problem that will end badly for many.
I'm all for folks making a fair wage and benefits but the argument that workers at the plant not being able to afford the vehicles they're assembling is unrealistic. I'm betting the workers at most BMW, Audi, Porsche, Ferrari, etc aren't rolling up to work every day in those either. Ford is going to look at other potential locations to hedge their bets.

Ford live chat just said my eta is March 13th but dependent on rail cars. I'm still in production so who knows.
What is the live chat from ford? I have one stuck on production. Hasnt updated in a week since it said it hit production. Just wondering if its done before the strike hits

Just go to the Ford website. Scroll all the way to the bottom and under Support, click Contact Us. The chat option will be there during normal business hours.

Let me know how you like the factory spray in bed liner - I did the dealer one from San Tan Ford - Inyati - and it cost $200 more than factory…I’m sure mine is NOT $200 better! SMH…
I like mine, looks pretty good if it lasts

Per Ice-Capades at Blue Oval Forum: Since your build sheet has power running boards, but your truck came with fixed running boards, then your truck was miss-built. On miss-build trucks, dealers summit a miss-build claim to Ford. Ford will then reimburse dealer to correct the vehicle using Ford OEM parts and dealer labor. Same goes for incorrect axle ratios.
Thanks for that. The dealer put it in wrong, we talked today. They offered the AMP aftermarket ones, but I'd really prefer the factory PRBs. Probably going to end up having to reorder. Which is actually fine for me, I don't really need it right now and don't mind waiting for exactly what I want. Adding the moonroof and winch this time, lol.

Soooo….pick my baby up today…went to dinner because it’s my birthday and got my 1st stalker/lurker/drooler…lol. Guy in a Raptor has a Tremor on order and I asked what his forum name was…figured we are all on here. We are not. Turms out he is a Gilbert PD guy and is into trucks…we chatted in lot for 30 min and he checked out displays and interior. Totally sold on everything Tremor! I did this to a Shelby guy and almost to a Tremor guy. These trucks are worth it! Best of luck to all waiting…She fits in standard garage by about 2-3 inches!

Have you seen this weeks constraints?
When they post these is this for trucks that are going to be produced or trucks that are in production at that time? Just wondering. I have a truck been stuck in production for over a week with no update. Just curious minds is all. Not in a huge hurry for truck but the wait kills sometimes. First ever new truck. Currently in an 02 sierra 1500hd jumping into a 24 7.3 tremor

These are scheduling constraints. These only apply to vehicles that haven't been scheduled yet AFAIK.
