2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

I finally picked mine up a Granger on Friday. Everything was there and everything was easy. I then drove it straight home to Colorado and hit a nasty freezing rain and then snow storm. Here is a pic at the dealer and a dirty one when the truck was less than 24 hours old.

Original order (Granger Ford) as MY23 11-3-22 with Priority 19
Reordered as MY24 7-18-23 with Priority 03
1-5-24 build scheduled for week of 1-22-24
1-18-24 status changed to in production
1-19-24 window sticker published
1-27-24 Noticed it was shown "In Stock" on Granger's inventory. Could have been there sooner.
1-29-24 added a date of 1-29-24 to "In Production"
1-30-24 BCE modules populated
1-31-24 Built email form Ford
1-31-24 Shipped email form ford Estimated Delivery 02/08/2024 - 02/21/2024

Common problem with the running boards. As others have said, Tremor package defaults to the fixed off-road boards. The power boards need to be added after the tremor package.

Did you use the link https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin= followed by your VIN to get the window sticker? The link on the tracker page never worked for

That worked, thank you. I was just using the link from the email which has never worked. Window sticker here.

Nice eye, yes there is! Will have PDR take care of it. They said they will pay for it.

Glad we caught it. Probably good for all of us to snap phots at delivery in case we miss something. Enjoy that new Beast!

Those mean nothing. I got one then a couple of days later I got the VIN and scheduled build date. Some have even gotten that after they took delivery.

You have proof you set up order the way you wanted vehicle created…dealer didn’t input specs correctly on order to Ford…Dealer can correct this themselves…I had exact same thing happen on my 1st build in CO…they wanted me to have them install the aftermarket deployable running boards - which a lot of guys like on here, but I wanted factory installed so I denied vehicle and got deposit back. You can ask them to fix this since it is proven they didn’t order properly on a $0 option…DON’T pay for it either - remind them it was a $0 option change which is why you ordered it in the 1st place!!! Good luck!

Let me know how you like the factory spray in bed liner - I did the dealer one from San Tan Ford - Inyati - and it cost $200 more than factory…I’m sure mine is NOT $200 better! SMH…

Will do. I'm personal friends with the fleet dealer at Chapman in Scottsdale. He ordered it for me, no deposit. I'll talk to him tomorrow and hopefully we can work it out, I let him know yesterday and he was looking into it.

Frustrating that my dealer doesn’t have enough bodies to tinker on vehicles for customers. My truck arrived last week and has only had the spray in bed liner completed. Still have to install winch and tonneau cover. Seems the installers are over tasked or just slow. It’s fine because I want them both done correctly as opposed fast. Allegedly gonna be ready Monday. The wait continues…

Picked this up yesterday. Ordered 11/22. Granger was excellent! Currently driving home and averaging 18.2 MPG!

Per Ice-Capades at Blue Oval Forum: Since your build sheet has power running boards, but your truck came with fixed running boards, then your truck was miss-built. On miss-build trucks, dealers summit a miss-build claim to Ford. Ford will then reimburse dealer to correct the vehicle using Ford OEM parts and dealer labor. Same goes for incorrect axle ratios.
