2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Emailed yesterday afternoon to see if I could make a minor update to my order. Got a reply about an hour ago saying they can’t make changes cause the system is giving an error. My order is "locked with commit to run". Hopefully I’ll get a build date today. Fingers crossed! Ordered 8/11.

Anyone else had "locked with commit to run" status?

Picked up my tremor today. I was able to combine a $2000 private offer and my $6000 from the cancellation of my 2020 bronco order due to the strike. The sales manager couldn’t believe I got that much of a rebate. The truck drives and rides better than my 2012 f350. I think the ride would improve with better tires. Power is comparable to the 6.7 in the F350. I love the transmission.

My truck was "in production" last Thursday. Figuring that these only take 36 to 48 hours off the line it's odd Ford hasn't updated to "built".

In production means it’s lined up to run, usually a week before its built.

Sounds like your dealer doesn’t have an allocation for your order?

Might not...but they are a very large volume dealer....they have not seen any KR or limted tremors yet....they did have lariat in so far.

Interesting. Last update they have is from the 7th and it was: In production with a secondary status of: Origin received Ramp 1K

Truck was scheduled for production next week, 2/19. Just checked and it has moved to “in production.” I want to be excited, but I still can’t get a window sticker and I’ve read that gets released a week before the truck is built. Can anyone make sense of it?

Edit: window sticker was available that same night.

I got one also. I had a production week of 2/5 and it’s been in “production” on the tracker since 02/01.

I'm a week ahead of you, I'll update when mine says "built" 350 HO, ultimate lariat, moon roof max recline pro power and bead liner. Not sure if any of those currently are taking longer.

The window sticker site is not reliable. It flakes out often. Keep looking and your window sticker will pop up.

Anyone get an email from Sirius before hearing from Ford about the VIN ... Is this a sign that the VIN was assigned to the build.?

I have to think it's job 2 or it was corrected. Ford clearly corrects the sticker on their website.

Picking mine up tomorrow & it came with the orange. I also ordered SAP. Was under the impression that it was the black. Possibly because I have Darkened bronze.
