2023 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build dates from Ford...

I just dont get that. I makes zero sense as it takes a day to build maybe 2. My 22 went into production one day and the very next day I was notified it was built. I guarantee its not sitting on the production line for a month. Would they start it and then pull it off to then later put it back on to finish? Id think unlikely, but in this day and age who knows. Crazy stuff. I am just grateful my 22 order went so fantastically well.
I suspect that they're all built, but they can't call them "built" until Ford gets the OKTB and then does any reprogramming, etc, before they ship them.

Wouldnt you think that when it comes off the line it should be OKTB ready? I wonder what holds them up for that. I know it happens across the board it seems on all types of builds but it makes me woner

A FB plant guy said that they're reprogramming them as they get them ready to ship. Gassers anyway. Sounds like diesels are still on hold.

Part of it is if ; wench, spray in bed liner, wheel well liner, etc they are sent off site to another supplier to do the work and they are waiting on getting it back before plus any other issues that must be resolved prior to being considered built. The ford tracking system is from the stone ages and mine in their tracking has not been updated since 2/14. Yet my dealer says it is done including the items installed offsite and just waiting to be ready to ship.

Its only one of the two rumors that could be holding mine back 1. Its not meeting EPA requirements, or 2. Its not meeting Ford performance requirements, either way I'm good with them fixing the issue prior to shipping it.

That makes sense. I know when I ordered my 22 I intentionally left off the things causing delays like adaptive steering, spray in bed liner, etc. Good luck on it though. Hopefully soon. Mine took 31 one days form order to completely built and over 30 days to get to the dealer lol The wait was painful

Wonder what holds the programming and why. Its always a curiosity

Probably had to make some parameter tweak for the final product. If the rumors about the 7.3's not having enough oil pressure at idle are true, maybe they can change that through programming (total speculation).

That parking lot looks like mostly work trucks.

I saw on the FB page a few people are getting notified their Platinum orders are being cancelled by Ford. Yikes! I'm wondering if my Lariat will get built.
That would just suck. They were about to cancel my ‘22 platinum when I called Ford. They decided to push it through last minute. Picked it up in January. I couldn’t imagine waiting a year for my platinum, then getting bumped to a ‘23 just to get that canceled as well. You go from ordering a 2022 to a 2024 because of delays

Latest Fleet Distribution Bulletin from 3/3/23 posted to FB with the Job 1/Job 2 production window info as well. Doesn't look good for the 360 camera option...

Making it standard on the lariat and forced with the stx package xlt premium package may have been a bad move. Bad for us atleast.

This update looks like bad news for me as I have a lariat on order (standard 360 camera).
Does anyone have any idea if it applies to non-fleet orders? (I assume it does)

This looks bad for all Tremors which have the 11.6 axle. Expect delays. I can handle a delay, but I really hope it gets built...

DA

Does this affect the Tremor stock 4:30 axel?

Looks like the restriction only applies to XL/XLT spec'd with that as an option, the matrix above doesnt list restrictions on the models that come with it standard.

Bigger concern (for me) is the high-capacity axle restrictions... may be the push I needed to bump my order down to an FX4 and then save up for Carli suspension down the road (does that mean I get kicked off the forum? :ROFLMAO:). I really wanted some of the misc extras that come with the Tremor like the Torsen front dif and extended breather tubes.

Not sure if the 2023 will get the Torsen or stick with the clutch pack front LSD found in the 2020-2022 Tremors.

Is the Tremor stock 4.30 axel a limited part???

There was a TFL video a few months ago with Andre talking to a Super Duty engineer doing a walkaround of the truck and the engineer says it's a Torsen, I guess consider the source as they seem to frequently get technical stuff wrong on TFL.

Guessing it is the same based on the wording in the press release:

"The Tremor Off-Road Package includes a front-end lift and uniquely tuned suspension, a Dana front axle with limited-slip differential and axle vent tubes,"

That being said, they could change the style and not update the wording, but I wouldn't bet on it...
