F 150 Tremor confirmed

It’s been live on the Ford website to build and option for a bit now.

At the dealer today to get my new winch rope installed. The salesman has confirmed that there will be a F 150 Tremor. No other details given.
It will be a good option for people that don't need all the grunt of the Super Duty, but something that can tow more than the Raptor. I just wish Ford would have put the Coyote V8 or the 450hp Raptor Ecoboost motor in it.

That coyote of 7.3 would be a BEAST in the Raptor platform.
Was that the old 6.2 they used to put in it before the ecoboost?

i need the 5.0 and i will trade in my 2012 f150 and will get a f150 tremor

Or the 7.3 in an Expedition Tremor…
Even better: 7.3L in a Ford Excursion Tremor. Would require them to bring back the Excursion, of course, but I suspect there would be much rejoicing with that.

I probably would of bought the F150 Tremor over the F250 if it had the 5.0 and without that stupid auto stop/start...... I'm still not into all the techy stuff.

I hated the auto start/stop on my 19 F150. Bought a Superchips tuner for the sole purpose of being able to turn the damn thing to off as the default setting. So happy the SD doesn't have it. Did some driving in the wife's 20 Explorer ST and hated having to remember to press the button to shut it off every time I started it.

The 19 didn't have a factory switch to turn it off but to 20 does? Weird.

It had a factory switch to manually turn it off, every damn time you start the truck. With the Superchips unit, a couple minutes to program the default to off and it was done. Worth it to me.

Thr reason I asked is because when we bought the wife's 19 Acura RDX new, the salesman said that the over ride button was going away do to government mandate. The was it was worded, it sounded like the 19 was that way and the only was around it was the chip. Yes hitting the button everytime is a pain for sure.

Got it. Re-read and re-worded post ?
