What’s on your Smoker or Grill today?

Boneless spare rib slab, smoked at 275 until internal temp of 165. Then I covered the pan with foil and put it back in the smoker at 275 until internal temp of 205. I let it rest for 2 hours.....

Sadly some weird vegan shit the lady across the street conned the wife into trying to poison me with!
Smoked Tofu??? WTF?! That's just wrong all day long!

I wish it was smoked tofu! These were fake crab cakes made from 'jack fruit'. Apparently 'jack fruit' has no nutrtional value, they looked like two patties scraped off of some floor at the zoo, and tasted like it! It is frightening to think there are people who will eat this shit by choice! Oh, wait, those are the people who just elected two jack fruits.

Sounds you are like a brave explorer open to look, but not willing to take on these experimental cooking trials... I hope you ran away and got yourself some red-meat somewhere!

Put this 11 lb pork butt on at 5am. It was 18° outside smoked it for 4 hours at 180° until it hit 165° internal temp. Wrapped it turned temp up to 225° until internal temp hit 195° Put it in the cooler for 2 hours. Turned out amazing. Love this Smokin Brothers Premier plus grill. Check them out if you’re looking. Made in the USA. Awesome product and great customer service. No blanket needed for any of my smokes. Held temp within 5° of set-point throughout the whole smoke. Total of 11 hours on the smoker.

We are on the works on starting another herd down in south Texas. We have a herd already in Westerm Montana. My bull T-2 tattoo on my arm.
How well will they do in that heat?

They will do fine. By our place here in TX they have a lot of small herds that people come down to hunt. I have heard the cost is in the 10k mark. Clint black lives about 15 miles west of us and they have a herd. We will buy from different owners around here so we do not cross blood lines. We have seen a lot of white buffalo around here. They are not a true white I think they have been breed that way. The only true white buffalo I know of is in Jamestown, ND on the left. Texas white Buffalo on the right. You can see the difference in color the Texas one has more brown pigment.

My wife just surprised me with this, early Fathers day but she wants me to do some cooking. So I need some suggestions on what to pick up at the store and make. There are thousands of recipes in the APP.
