WeatherTech, Husky or.....

My Husky Xact contour has a spot wore through from my boot; they're sending a replacement this coming week supposedly, which they don't have to even do, so that's pretty great customer service! There's a spot on the Vinyl floor now too directly under this area, but not wore through at least.

Mine are worth through in the same spot as yours but they will not respond to my warranty claims. I'm getting ready to just toss them and go Weathertech.

I just sent them a direct email instead of filling out their warranty claim form. [email protected]

I've emailed twice, last being in March. Hopefully, third time may be the charm.
Try this second email they have: [email protected]

This is the one I used first, then they replied to me from their normal one.

Thank you!
No problem brother! Here is the verbiage I used when writing them:

"Hello, my driver side X-act Contour floor liner has worn through. Attached some photos. Henceforth, it's also not liquid tight now.

Would you be able to send a replacement liner?

Driver Floormat Item # is: 1332/5273

2022 F350 Super Duty Crew Cab with vinyl floor."

Iโ€™m a Smartliner type dudeโ€ฆ..been using them since 2016.
No deep ridges make them super easy to wipe, brush or sweep out and Iโ€™m a clean nut.
Theyโ€™ve held up very well.

Just got a notification that the Husky replacement liner is on the way after it's released from quality/engineering hold. It may even include the passenger side as well based on the part #. I didn't request a passenger side, so that's pretty sweet!

Lead footed I see....๐Ÿคช

I ordered the FORD OEM ones, disappointing for sure. The rear mat does not extend to the door sill.

Mine came with the OEM rubber ones and I gave them away because they didn't cover enough for me.

What does everyone do with the factory carpet mats? Toss, keep, sell?

line the bottom of the dog kennel with the OEM Carpets

Not on topic with the current convo but my TuxMats have been great and look great too.

I have used tuxmats for a couple years in a different truck and they are great. Have a set on order for my f250, so good to hear someone else likes them in this configuration.

Thanks for the update @TremorHopeful ! I had asked the question earlier in the thread and hoping someone would respond. Anything you don't like about them? I have the OEMs and there is no wear at all, but they don't offer great coverage...
Ah I missed that. They're holding up very well. I've got just over 80k miles on them and there's barely any wear where my boot heel sits while driving. They've got great coverage too. I put them in my wife's Expedition as well. Best part is they look great!

Finally received the replacement floor liners from Husky. They require you to cut the old ones up.

Like the new smooth design for the floor retainers without the exposed hole around the peg portion like my previous ones.

do you have to provide pictures of said sacrifice ? Great to hear about the husky liners overall though. I have the Husky Liners X-act Contour for just over two years now.

Yes, they asked, so I followed their protocol. I told them I would after I received the new mats and they were cool with it.
