A caulk dam will send the water down the fender , like I did. But I’m still in for parts if someone makes em. It doesn’t stop all of the drainage

Yours looks like mine - a nicely strapped down fuse box due to accessory lines. I need to reroute mine so badly

I think some people thought you would've chosen black because of your username . Don't sweat it, brother. If it works, it works. I used pink and the girls love it .

Is there a desirable filament for these from everyone so I can put together run times and material cost which I’ll share. Not looking to get rich, just get paid for my time.

I'd suggest something a with a bit of heat tolerance just in case. There's SO much under hood heat people can't run a real open air element for their air intakes.

Those of you here who say they ain’t paying for this or that cheap piece of plastic from Ford, have you done anything to protect your fuse box already?

Anything? Or you’re all just yapping?

I know i have done something, and i will gladly spend more for a robust solution to further insulate it, Ford or aftermarket. Just ask those who had to have the fusebox replaced how they liked that experience.

Actually I have. I put two relays there for my fogs and pods and now they die early from water intrusion instead of my BJB

I just bought one from ford. I used my ford pass points. Happy to lidar scan it when it comes

I am in for two at a reasonable price. One for my 2024 and one for the my 2022.

I had the "water intrusion into fuse box" issue on my 2024 when it was just over a year old. The lid had never been loose. Fortunately it was covered under warranty.
